Mattress on bed was firm....excellent) We were in a unit at the back so the traffic noise didn't bother us at all.

We like natural fibres for bedding and as we got hot and sweaty during the night, we suspected the bedding was synthetic.....although the mattress was fabulous. Also we clean with natural products and could smell the chemical cleaners used....but we expect this where ever we stay these days! No oven but we had our Ninja with us. There was only a microwave for cooking which I would never use.

Banged my head on cupboard above fridge nearly every time I went to throw something away in the small rubbish bin underneath. After a few times, i figured it out, but i’d recommend placing bin elsewhere. I’m sure I can’t be the first person this has happened to!

Stayed for 1 night. Location is great. Close to all amenities and city center. Owner greeted me - not overly welcoming however there was a young woman who was tending the many pot plants and was very welcoming. Room was lovely and clean. Loved the hand and body lotion. If I had read the compendium earlier I would have purchased a bottle from reception. Unfortunately reception wasn't open when I left at 7am.

No complaints or suggestions for improvement.

I liked the way the staff member who checked us in altered my original booking to far better suit our needs. It was a one night stay only sorry not longer. A great location to walk to shops and restaurants and on a regular bus route to the city. All round excellent.

Room 3 was around the back & missed the traffic noise. The room was generously large, great big bed, separate bathroom & kitchen, big TV. Bathroom was good as was the shower. Close to town & Merivale Mall. No. 1 bus just outside motel.

Clean comfortable. Spacious. All kitchen facilities are clean and new. Has a expresso machine, clean hand towels etc. Absolutely 👌.

I thought the facility had induction stoves but they had a electric fry pan which did the same job. Just got surprised which may have been my misunderstanding. Just a feedback on clarity. Though nothing taken from a great place to stay.

Large upstairs room with comfortable furnishings and the largest of flat screen TVs to relax after work and watch a good sky movie on... Exceptionally clean, with good choice of toiletries...

Check-in was very welcoming. Location is great. Cheap Uber to/from town, and easy flat walk to Merryvale shops and restaurants. Whilst on a relatively main road, its not noisy inside the unit. Kitchen has everything required. Restocked supplies and towels nearly everyday, tho we didn't ask for that service. Unit 7 is lovely and sunny in the afternoon and we parked right outside our door.

The decor in Unit 7 is dated - the couch is well worn! We noted on website one has been refurbished, hopefully that continues to others.

The unit contained everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It had been freshly refurbished & was tidy & spotless. Great having a seperate bedroom & enjoyed the free Nescafé coffee & machine. So close to town & the bus stops right outside for a 10 minute ride to the centre. Highly recommended.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my tastes & I prefer another option than a winter weight duvet.

Good location. I was close to pubs, fuel station, and bottle store. Shopping and supermarket a wee bit further down the road. We got a free upgrade. So, super happy! Generous with coffee supplies 😊 Staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean.
