Very outdated building but better maintained than some of the newer places we've stayed in. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen with good sized fridge. Good water pressure in the shower. Internet was ok. Very quiet for a central city location. Handy location close to the city centre. Supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away.

We would have expected that they offered to make up the room at least once during our week-long stay. As usual, the shower head was positioned about the right height for a child - I had to bend to get under it. Parking was a nightmare. impossible to get in or out unless some spots are vacant.

Affordable price and it was just perfect for me and my family. Location was just 10 minutes walk from the nearby mall and few minutes drive from the city. Staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Reception opens at 9am if needed assistance before then we can leave a message on the mobile number provided. Not helpful if you need help assistance ASAP.

The kitchen had all we needed, it had a small refrigerator and it was cold, a toaster and a electric kettle. The place was well kept. The bathroom was clean and neat. The couches in the living room were comfortable. We like the convenience of the location to all the places we needed to be and thank you for the free parking. We had to move from another hotel we were at due to the inconvenience and unsafe of the parking area especially at night. This hotel we felt safe tho the parking lot needed some more lights. Overall we like this place and our adult children that traveled with us like it better than the first hotel we were at. It's surely a recommendation to those who travel as a family or in a group. The price was fair and reasonable

The bed in the room we were in needed a turn. The head felt lower than the feet so we had to switched. The bathroom door needed a lock so when adults renting the apartment don't walk in to use the toilet while the other is in the shower naked. Or more so put a curtain to cover the shower door. The outside front area needed to cover with gravel or cement so when walking inside you don't bring dirt with your shoes in. . We were on the first floor and it was raining everyday. We had to walk in with wet shoes and there was no dirt rug at the door to leave our shoes on, so had to leave on the carpet.

The room and adjacent bathroom and kitchenette were of decent size and had all you need for several nights stay. Free parking in decent sized bays. It was peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

A spruce up and lick of paint would help but all in all this accommodation was great for the price point.

The beds are firm but comfortable. The heating was great. Good sized TV in the two bedroom unit. Lighting was soft. And the shower was to d!e for, omg best shower I've had in a long time!

Cleanliness was very poor. Food splatters on the kitchen curtain and wall behind stove. Food crumbs and rubbish in gap between fridge and bench. The walls in bedroom and bathroom were horrendously filthy. The bathroom wall looked as if it had human feaces smudged on. Mold in shower around edges! A bit of elbow grease or a white sponge would do the trick, along with some extra time spent.

The room was lovely

There was only a couple of power points so had to plug phones for charging into the extender power point box near the TV and the jug and toaster also had to be plugged into a power point extender along with the microwave and fridge which the extender was sitting on the fridge and not on a wall. I felt this was a fire risk because the jug was right next to the power extender.

Very comfortable and a big property for me alone. Would be good if there was some salt, pepper, some cooking oil. Bed was comfortable and nicely furnished. Excellent location, close to the Nurse Maud Hospice and hospital which suited me well as I came to see my sick sister. Excellent location on the buss route.and close to the Merrivale Mall.

All good for me but not much contact with the proprietors.

The staff were fantastic. They responded to requests to extend stay, early check in promptly and stored my bag for me while in hospital having surgery. The crisp white sheets and duvet were spotless and much appreciated since I needed to spend time in bed. I have stayed here probably a dozen times and will keep coming back when I am in chch

Comfortable room, and very good value for money. Parking right out front of my room, free chocolates and socks. And a decent supply of coffee and milk was nice for once. Linen was very good, nice and quiet room also. Good for price overall. $111 per night. Stayed in room 9.

Very damp/wet bathroom area and the room needed a once over deep clean. No sky tv.

Nothing. Everything. Great except tv hard put on .. very clean motel. Felt like home not motel very quiet and very clean nothing too much trouble manager he went out way for me. Was encouraged.
