The host, Wayne, was excellent. We were a large family group. The apartments were very clean & comfortable & had everything you'd need, super handy having a washing machine & drier in each one. Wayne was so friendly & was a great help with suggestions for places to park & visit. Based on his suggestions we visited the Botanical Gardens, Cafe & did theTram Tour. Thought the mattress on bed downstairs might be too hard, but actually ended up comfy & good night sleep. Thought the steps from bedroom downstairs up to kitchen/dining/lounge area might be too many for older members of the group (70's), but they handled them well. We also loved the Lime green Scooters available for hire around the area, cheap & easy to operate, even for us in our 50's. Excellent pub 5 min walk, just down the road, The Brewery, was a week night, quiet & excellent food.

Great location either way 3 bedrooms suiting a family

Noisy beside road which is very understandable given on Papanui Rd. Two flights of stairs very steep for arthritic husband. Blinds on 2nd floor bedroom next to road do not block out light very well. Plunger coffee would have been a nice offering given nightly rate $400+.

Quite small, and on 3 levels , very hot in summer month, air con on ground floor was fantastic, but needs one in each room?
