Staff were very friendly and helpful including waiting with a smile for our late arrival. The room was basic but bed linens were clean and crisp and everything was spotless. Having a full working oven is a great feature for families or longer stays.

It would of been great to of had the option of electric blankets on beds it was very cold in Christchurch when we arrived. The room heater was adequate but it took time to warm up.

Great location for the Eye clinic / Merivale Mall. The unit was clean, well equipped .. and the bed was super comfy!! Parking outside the unit and the staff were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

it was slightly draughty with gaps under the doors ..but the heater provided over time warmed the unit up ( winter visit ) .. we still enjoyed the stay though.

Well appointed,, recently redecorated .Appliances were new or nearly new. Bed was comfortable, with a good shower and toilet space, plenty of room. Good towels are conveniently placed. We would stay again.

So-called hair and body wash in shower barely did its job. Seemed watery. TV OK, but no instructions on how to operate it. Limited channels

The location was perfect for all my purposes; from appointments to dining arrangements. Handy to the busses when required. Parking was not a problem in a busy area. Facilities were sufficient.

The pool and spa were slightly unavailable and was not exactly clear what was possible on that score. I found the pool and of course swimming in the rain is not so much fun except that it was not really cold and then swimming in the rain could be fun...

Was everything I needed including having coffee, tea, and chocolate drinks with milk. Location was ideal for my purposes and there was even an electric blanket so I was toasty warm. Something I really appreciate.

Nothing that I can think of. Whether one can do nothing about and parking was adequate for my purposes. Spa seemed to be closed but not sure that I would have used it anyway as did not feel like it then.

It would have been good if coffee, sugar and milk were replaced regularly It was quite cold when we arrived and it would have been nice to have the heaters on as the room took a while to warm up.

Location and facilities! Can pretty much walk everywhere from there. The two bedroom was quiet and spacious. Beds were so comfy. Room service was amazing - checked everyday if we needed fresh towels, kitchen and bathroom provisions. We know where to stay when we come to Christchurch now.

The car park allocated to our room kept on being used by other guests. You might need a road cone to prevent this from happening when you go out during the day. On our last night a huge campervan was parked in it when we returned late. The motel owners rectified the situation really quickly, so all was good in the end.

Great location and very well appointed. DOG FRIENDLY which is a huge plus for us. Clean and very comfortable. warm and had an outside area at the back to sit.

Some aspects are a little tired, like broken tiles in bathroom, but on the whole we couldnt fault it.

The room provided a reasonable quiet space with good sunlight and amenities. I think the bed I slept in needs replacement as mattress was very soft. Thank you:)

Not expensive. Room was clean.staff helpful and friendly. Great heating.bed comfortable.

Only negative was the shower pressure ,very slow.
