The location was perfect for all my purposes; from appointments to dining arrangements. Handy to the busses when required. Parking was not a problem in a busy area. Facilities were sufficient.

The pool and spa were slightly unavailable and was not exactly clear what was possible on that score. I found the pool and of course swimming in the rain is not so much fun except that it was not really cold and then swimming in the rain could be fun...

Was everything I needed including having coffee, tea, and chocolate drinks with milk. Location was ideal for my purposes and there was even an electric blanket so I was toasty warm. Something I really appreciate.

Nothing that I can think of. Whether one can do nothing about and parking was adequate for my purposes. Spa seemed to be closed but not sure that I would have used it anyway as did not feel like it then.

Location and facilities! Can pretty much walk everywhere from there. The two bedroom was quiet and spacious. Beds were so comfy. Room service was amazing - checked everyday if we needed fresh towels, kitchen and bathroom provisions. We know where to stay when we come to Christchurch now.

The car park allocated to our room kept on being used by other guests. You might need a road cone to prevent this from happening when you go out during the day. On our last night a huge campervan was parked in it when we returned late. The motel owners rectified the situation really quickly, so all was good in the end.

Great location and very well appointed. DOG FRIENDLY which is a huge plus for us. Clean and very comfortable. warm and had an outside area at the back to sit.

Some aspects are a little tired, like broken tiles in bathroom, but on the whole we couldnt fault it.

The room provided a reasonable quiet space with good sunlight and amenities. I think the bed I slept in needs replacement as mattress was very soft. Thank you:)

The decor is older in style and there are scuff marks etc.. But it offered great value, it was spotlessly clean. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Great location. Walking distance to shops. Cafes restaurants and bars. We took.a chromecast wifi worked well. Great communication from the staff.

Booked this room for my mum, my adult daughter and my 3 grandkids and they loved it. Stayed a few times before with my grandkids who live in Christchurch and we always love this place.

The room was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, coffee & tea provided. The location is close to Merivale mall and bars and restaurants in Merivale. It is a short uber or taxi ride into the CBD and Northlands mall. The price was exceptional for Merivale.

The motel is older and dated. It is fine for a night or 2 but you probably wouldn't want to stay here if you were planning to relax in the motel and not venture out. It is really just a place to sleep.

Honest Motel, great location - close to Merivale, and a short walk to city and parks. Bonus being dog friendly. I recommend Diplomat as excellent stopover on the way through, or accommodation near hospitals close by.

Location, comfortable, clean and price. Close to ST George's,eating places and Merivale shopping mall. Also got an upgrade at no extra cost. Staff were very friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like, suited up perfectly for what we needed.
