My stay at Arthur’s Court Motel in Christchurch was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. I particularly appreciated the convenient on-site parking, which made exploring the city easy. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything was well-organized, and I had a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Great spot central to all attractions and easy access. Lovely staff. Very thoughtful and had time to give helpful advice. Also leant me a pen, and an umbrella that I didn’t need, thank goodness. And was quick to contact me regarding having left some belongings behind.

A few noisy kids who were way too young to be up running about in the dark near the cars and tapping on the windows.

I was greeted by a friendly team member who was helpful and knowledgeable. The check in process was smooth and efficient. When I got to my room it was spotless!! Even the glasses etc were perfect. Comfortable bed. The spa bath was superb. For a change things lived up to the photos!!! Thank you for your exceptional service and quality I will be back! I especially appreciate the local art work.

We liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. How clean the room was How the staff turnd on our heat pump for us so when we arrived was nice and warm

The things we didn't like was the amount of noise around the place and how uncomfortable the bed and chairs were, etc.

Nice spacious room with a great spa bath, quiet at night, bed was comfortable, lovely friendly staff.

Slightly dated with wear and tear showing, wifi on TV wouldn't work. Then at night scratching and scurrying noises in walls or roof woke me up. Informed staff who said it has been noted prior and thought it was sorted but clearly not.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. Broken fittings need to be taken off wall, dirty silicone around shower base and toilet should be replaced. Guest laundry convenient but very grubby floor.

very quiet, furnishings in good order, good cooking facilities, good (quiet) heat pump, comfortable beds, good parking and easy access for anyone with limited mobility

no electric blanket on double bed. Breakfast no longer includes the full cooked option that was on website when booking made (but that available was fine)

Bathroom and tiles around the spa could do with some little fixes - couple of cracked tiles and the silicone around the shower was old and peeling off

The main bed wasn't very comfortable, there was no wee milk to make a coffee and the doors were very noisy which wasn't ideal when we had to pass through the 2 doors to get to the bathroom and try not to wake our 2 yr old.

It has all the amenities I needed for my stay. The heat pump was good, kitchen had all I needed, bed was pretty comfortable. Good value for money.

The cupboard was off it's hinges in the kitchen which was a slight annoyance, but nothing I could not handle. The carpet had a few spots.
