The hot water of the shower was too long to get warm water

Room was cosy and warm on arrival, nice size space which is unusual for room this price. Breakfast was good value for the money.

Went to breakfast at allocated time, lights were still of , so went to reception. Was told cook would now cook breakfast, went back to dining area no coffee or milk so again to reception to ask for these... lights took 10 mins to be turned on. If you advertise breakfast and ask for a time from guest... area should be set up... I was only one dining. However it was a good breakfast when it arrived.

Hope for a better future

The property was tidy, the room still feels new because it was kept really clean. The room was big and the bed, pillows and beddings were super comfy. There was someone there for late check-in. Very good value for money.

There was a lot of extra space -- which is not a bad thing. A sofa bed or a small sitting area would have been nice, but otherwise it had everything we needed. Would also recommend having one or two bottles of water in the room, but there was dairy downstairs so all good.

Clean modern room and bathroom. Climate control and both beds were very comfortable. Very quiet as there is an extra door that leads to the bedroom, blocking the noise from the hallway. We also had dinner and that was delicious too. We can recommend the Sweet and sour pork and the Black pepper steak! Very affordable even compared to lower rated hotels in the area. There are several massage chairs to let you relax after a long day.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except maybe the automated lift announcing the floor level is a bit loud 🙉

The room and toilet are cleaned. Exceed our expectation. The only problem we have is that the room was warm/hot. Otherwise we recommend AWA hotel. The location is also good since it is very accessible to everything and we can even see the skyline on our window.

The room is too warm/hot despite changing the aircon temperature. We even asked the reception person to come over to checked but still the room is really warm on 17 degrees. We even open the window since its winter but for some reason the room remained warm/hot. -might be something wrong with AC

We liked evrything about the hotel. Its very central to the township along with store next door. Room was comfy, beautiful and had alot of spaces. My family really enjoyed there time there and we look forward to stay again in near future.

It was quite at the time we stayed there, we weren't sure if restuarant was open or close had to enquire at reception. They did nothing special during XMAS day but we werent bothered by that as we were out most of the time.

We could not have found a better location. We went for the Zipline and luge and were pretty much on their doorstep. The room was basic but had everything we needed in it. The common area had something for everyone.

The fire alarm. LOL. But admittedly I can attest to it being a very safe Hotel to get out of in the case of a fire. And emergency services were quick on the scene. (for the record there was no fire, just burnt toast).
