I love its easy to find I love you can enter through back door without waking anyone and enter anytime with card I love it is close to shops and entertainment food restaurants

language barrier cant speak english the man said when I ask for toilet paper (the cleaner) no window fresh air but we had a fan I wish it had a small microwave to heat food Spoons few forks knives handy for eating food we bought little box with those bits and pieces would be nice but I guess thats why you have a restaurant but when youre on a budget nice to have those little things for families But appreciate the tissues I used to wipe the bench and appreciate the complimentary coffee tea nice little fridge for our yoghurt thankyou for the free soap shampoo

The hot water of the shower was too long to get warm water

Room was cosy and warm on arrival, nice size space which is unusual for room this price. Breakfast was good value for the money.

Went to breakfast at allocated time, lights were still of , so went to reception. Was told cook would now cook breakfast, went back to dining area no coffee or milk so again to reception to ask for these... lights took 10 mins to be turned on. If you advertise breakfast and ask for a time from guest... area should be set up... I was only one dining. However it was a good breakfast when it arrived.

Hope for a better future

The property was tidy, the room still feels new because it was kept really clean. The room was big and the bed, pillows and beddings were super comfy. There was someone there for late check-in. Very good value for money.

There was a lot of extra space -- which is not a bad thing. A sofa bed or a small sitting area would have been nice, but otherwise it had everything we needed. Would also recommend having one or two bottles of water in the room, but there was dairy downstairs so all good.

Room was nice, bathroom and shower were great. View from our room and dining room was of the Gondala's. I recommend to book with dinner or breakfast included in your room price. Where else can you get an all you can eat for around $10 per person.

Just an observation. Dinner service finished by 6pm so get in early. However they changed to breakfast which was great. Could do with a bit of heating in the main area to make it more comfortable as it was freezing.

Breakfast was great. Location easy to find. Close to a lot of activities in Rotorua like the Skyline, Mitai Maori Village etc... Not far from city centre. Ideal location for sight seeing.

A bit cold in th Executive suite with 3 double beds in one room Rm 108 but warm and comfy once in bed. Cold in Reception, dining room which was an open big space. It is winter some heating in those areas would be good for visitors/guests.

Clean modern room and bathroom. Climate control and both beds were very comfortable. Very quiet as there is an extra door that leads to the bedroom, blocking the noise from the hallway. We also had dinner and that was delicious too. We can recommend the Sweet and sour pork and the Black pepper steak! Very affordable even compared to lower rated hotels in the area. There are several massage chairs to let you relax after a long day.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except maybe the automated lift announcing the floor level is a bit loud 🙉

The room and toilet are cleaned. Exceed our expectation. The only problem we have is that the room was warm/hot. Otherwise we recommend AWA hotel. The location is also good since it is very accessible to everything and we can even see the skyline on our window.

The room is too warm/hot despite changing the aircon temperature. We even asked the reception person to come over to checked but still the room is really warm on 17 degrees. We even open the window since its winter but for some reason the room remained warm/hot. -might be something wrong with AC
