We were surprised at how large the bedroom was, and there was a reasonable kitchen facility, enough for our demands (even though it was only an overnight stay). Even though the motel was by a main road, next to the BP station, we slept soundly and weren't disturbed by any outside noise.

It's an old style building on different levels. The shower and toilet were adequate, and clean, but not ultra-modern. The walls were concrete blocks, so that contributes to the colder atmosphere. It was great there was a small heater available to heat up the room comfortably.

It was a pleasant surprise when we walked into the unit. it was warm and comfortable. Overall clean and well serviced.

Two things for us. One of the handles is loose on the front sliding door. This meant if it were to be played with the door wouldn’t lock. And the only other thing there was no plug in the bathroom. Certainly not a major issue.

I stay here quite often when in Rotorua. It is basic and clean and much cheaper than other nearby motels so.as somewhere reliable to put your head down for the night it's ideal and I will continue to use it.

The room I was in this tine had a softer matress than usual, and the cistern made a hissing sound, but I told the owner about the cistern and he was straight onto it.

No noise, very very quite and comfortable, room very spark and clean, value money and bed more comfortable, and very warm and nice view around the city you can see it through and closer walk over BP have nice coffee whatever and closer to whakawerawera.

Dont have anything what I didnt like. everythings are soooo Amazing. there is no problem issues you should go there and enjoying worth your tried. I absolutely will come back again next time. you will love it.

Everything was to the satisfactory standard and we enjoyed our stay.

I was abit confused that reception took note of my credit card details when I had already booked and paid for the room via online.

It was at the quiet end of town, plenty of clean towels provided everyday. the staff were very friendly and professional. I loved having a hot thermal spa at the motel.

Some of the furniture was a bit old and saggy, but overall it was spacious and clean.

We had a chair that was falling apart and the manager came and fixed it straight away. The facilities were clean, and comfortable. It was close to town and the mountain bike track.

Facilities were suitable for short-term stay. Cleanliness was adequate - Some ageing and staining, but no threat to health. Location was good, just by a bus stop and near several major attractions.

Fridge was too cold and froze some milk. only two power outlets boards. Tv was placed oddly.

Lovely outlook from rear of room to native trees. Comfortable beds.

Some of the power points in the kitchen did not work. Very noisy street traffic from 4am onwards.
