Size of the room and bathroom. Location. Plenty of parking. Kitchen equipment was just the right utensils. Sky TV that actually works and room 15 right at the end of the corridor. Few stairs to climb which are easy . .very nice and safe location. Four Square across the road . Amazing takeaway food shop with the best Fish n Chips for $10:00 and chicken fried noodles for about $18:00. Definitely will come back in the peak season . Clean and comfy and cozy accommodation with AC. Oh, don't forget to pull back the bathroom sliding doors laying in the spa bath and watch TV from the bedroom .Happy Holidays..

Nothing-Everything was perfect.

We stayed three bedrooms, the space is great! Main bedroom is big, living room is very big. We were four of us, more than enough space for everybody. Also enjoyed spa bath. Close to centre but very quiet place.

This is unfortunate for us, because of the heavy raining weather. There is metal(?) box outside of two of bedrooms, which made water /rain dropping noise (which is very loud in the quiet night) whole night… unfortunately we could sleep at all… we mentioned this at reception when we checked out so hopefully they will do something in near future. Just unfortunate for us, but all good if the weather is good.

Friendly and helpful staff! Room was beautiful and had everything essential. Some rooms don’t come with an oven or stove, so beware when making your booking that you read what your room comes with. Heat pump kept room warm as we went in winter. Had a spa bath which was very relaxing! Would highly recommend. Parking was good and don’t have to pay for. It’s a short 2-3 min drive to restaurants and shops. Extremely clean and in good condition!

The bathroom has a sliding door that opens out to see into bedroom, a bit of non-privacy if travelling with extended families/ friends

Very clean property, the bathroom in particular was very nice with the bubble bath. The heating in the room was very good.

The staff member checking us in was very rude- when we arrived at the property, we were 20 mins early before the check-in time and we appreciate that the room may not be ready. However when we asked, the staff member behind didn’t even check our room or booking and very rudely looked at the clock next to him, said that the room is not ready and told us to come back in 20 mins. It’s not that we were expecting the room to be ready early, it was the manner in which we were told to go away and come back that left a bad taste.

There was plenty parking and you could park anywhere.. The service was great and easy. Room 21 is huge, plenty of space to move around and the bed is so comfortable “best motel bed I’ve ever slept on” The spa bath is huge, the shower pressure is just what you need after a days travel and the internet connectivity is super fast for those that have to work.. Lakeside views and a brisk walk to surrounding amenities. Chinese Takeaway “Lucky Star” had a wide range of selection and a dairy for your extra needs.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others.

I loved my own private courtyard garden. The suite looked contemporary and inviting. The fittings are of very good quality. It doesn't look cheap or dated and I was proud to invite a friend over. I am moderately fit. It was an easy 20-minute stroll to town in each direction, and to the lake-front.

My single bed was strangely on a slope. I'm a side-sleeper. One side felt uphill. The other side felt downhill and I used a spare pillow to chock myself up to a more level position. The next night I switched to the other single bed in the room. It was better but I had the same issue. I wonder if they are two singles that can be joined to make a queen bed and that somehow this undermined the bed structure. My toilet only flushed occasionally. It took several to many attempts each time. By the end of my stay I realised it would flush eventually but getting to that realisation was a bit worrisome!

At the BeachTree Motel by the lake so blue, We found a retreat both cozy and true. With an “open-plan bathroom” bold yet sweet, Perfect for couples—no need to retreat. Just down the road, “Master Indian”shines, With generous portions and rich designs. The mango lassi, a towering glass, But every dish was pure first-class. Our balcony view of the lake so wide, With kitchen and fridge neatly supplied. Cleaners each morning kept things bright, Making our stay feel fresh and light. We used the laundry, spotless and grand, And hit the driving range -clubs in hand. The “island target” was hard to claim, But oh, what fun in every game! The BeachTree Motel a perfect stay, We’d come back here any day.

I really like the compact, functional layout of the studio. After we booked our studio online, I called Beechtree to ask if our online studio booking could be a ground floor studio, and the then Duty Manager who took my call, said yes. However, when we checked in, I was told that we had the keys to an upstairs studio, which shocked me. I explained that we'd been promised a ground-floor studio, and without hesitation, our upstairs studio was changed to a ground-floor one. That was really great service!!!

It was very clean and it had a modern spa bath which works really well. The fridge was cold and it had the mod cons you need for a weekend away like toasters, et cetera. There was plenty of heating in the room and the bedding was lovely and soft and the thick bath towels were nice to use.

I think that they could provide king singles rather than small narrow singles given the size of the room. The bed size is the reason for giving this hotel 8 out of 10 otherwise it would be 10 out of 10.

The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in a motel/hotel - and we have stayed loads of places! And the quality of the fittings was excellent. Nice to have a table and comfy chairs as well.

The location of the room unfortunately allowed for no privacy at all, with the sliding door leading directly out onto the driveway, and there were no sheer curtains to maintain privacy when curtains were open. The sliding doors to close of the bathroom from the bedroom didn't close properly so there was a direct view from the bed to the toilet - zero privacy! This is the only thing that would stop me staying at the property again. There need to be locks or something on those doors to maintain privacy. But these are really easy fixes for the property.
