Clean, functional and comfortable. As a solo traveller the room size was absolutely fine but would likely be a tight squeeze for a couple. There was nowhere but the floor for my luggage with limited storage options, so if there's two people sharing, that's less floor space. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. TV was easy to connect up to my own Netflix and wifi worked well. Importantly, couldn't hear the neighbours at all, so once inside, it was quiet with no interruptions to my sleep. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean - shower compartment was quite small though - and I'm average size. Pillows were great and bed very comfy, room temperature was perfect on arrival and I never had to adjust the thermostat during my stay.

Location for a solo woman traveller wasn't the greatest. I preferred to Uber back at night even if "just around the corner" rather than walk alone as either route was poorly lit and quiet with lots of semi empty carparks around. During the day, it was fine and I was happy to use the lift shortcut down to Lambton Quay. This was literally the only downside. Wouldn't stop me staying there again for a short stay

I arrived just before reception closed, got my key, and parking was $25 per night. The room/apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, with a cosy bed, a spotless bathroom, a washing machine and dryer (super handy after a long road trip), hair dryer plus everything needed to make coffee or tea, even food, although Uber Eats was perfect for me. The TV had Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice bonus. I had put some clothes in the dryer very early on the checkout day, and the cycle went a bit over time - about 15 minutes over the check out time. The manager came up to the room to help me after I called the reception (as the dryer wouldn’t open because of the heat lock - which is normal). He was very understanding and helpful. Also, Since my ferry to Picton was only in the evening, I asked if I could leave my car there after checkout. They initially said okay until 2pm (which was already very helpful) but later they messaged me confirming I could leave it until 8pm. That saved me a lot of hassle and let me enjoy my day in the city without worry. Great location, great service, I think the staff are really amazing – I’d definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect

I had a good stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and neat. Housekeeping did a great job—towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, close to the city centre.

I arrived after hours, and it was easy to find the key and get into the room, which was great. However, there were no instructions or notes about where to park the car, and it took me almost half an hour to find a spot. Unfortunately, I ended up parking in the wrong car park. One thing to note is that the room didn’t have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days.

Great location in centre of Wellington. I dropped our luggage off on arrival and then dropped rental car off as we did not need car in Wellington so the parking issue did not affect me. The room was spotless, a good size with great facilities. It was brilliant having a washing machine and drier in the room. Therre was a very good restaurant at the top of the hill near the hotel The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and we were able to use the drop box to check out early The receptionist was very helpful answering all my questions and the short cut she showed us to get to the city centre was superb

Location location location, follow the reception instructions to use the neighbouring parkade elevator down the Lambton. Room was small but well appointed, loveseat, kitchenette, press coffee, big TV, comfy bed, bathroom ok size. Super clean, perhaps recently renovated. Plush carpet great after a long day walking Wellington. washer/dryer was a total bonus, typical European style, takes hours to dry, but works. Check out Boulcutt Bistro 100 meters away!

Room was small and while it had black out blinds it's surrounded by parkades that leave their lights on all night. Loud and bright. Garbage trucks at 2am daily.

Very, very clean rooms- amazing atmisphere to me due to my hayfever, beds are comfortable, close access around the city, staff was very helpful and cleaners were on point. Love that it has stove- we cooked our breakfast😊. Also good parking.

Was looking for toothpaste and toothbrush since it listed as ʻfree toiletriesʻ so we had to go out and bought us from woolies. Inquire abt it at the front desk she explained that i had to request it which i didnʻt know, but so far so good everything was awesome.

Room and parking option. Guaranteed parking over a view is our preferred.. Location for us was great. Walking distance to shopping. Restaurants, bars, waterfront. Room had everything, cook top, microwave, utensils, even a washing/dryer combo machine. There was also a drying rack. The heater in the room was nice, but there was no option to control the temperature. I'm not sure how the room temperature would be in summer without AC.

Only real negative Waa the door key. It took a few goes before the door would unlock.

Location in central city. Although tucked away off the main streets, the easy to follow printed instructions on the shortcut for walking to Lambourne Quay road was fantastic. Short & easy walk to airport express bus stop. Staff at front desk welcoming and helpful. Room was well set out and spacious with bedroom and separate sitting area and kitchenette area. Furniture in good condition - have stayed in other accommodation during my trip where lounge chairs needed a good clean, not so here, furniture was all in good condition Appreciated the small milks in the fridge; many thanks. Comfortable bed, good shower, great having Netflix. Room very clean. Cheers 👍

Couldn't fault the room

Nice clean facilities, comfortable bed. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location, quiet and right in the city centre. Handy shortcut to Lambton Quay. Everywhere we wanted to go was easy to access on foot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Although the apartment was nice and clean, there were some minor signs of tear and wear (some water damage in the kitchen, armchairs upholstery faded) that could have been nicer if it had been repaired / replaced. Outlook from the windows was to the nearby parking buildings, not letting in much daylight in the room during the day and found it difficult to block out the all-night light from the parking building at night.
