The entrance and reception need a makeover, so I wasn't sure the room would be up to standeds, until I court the left to the 1st floor and I opened the hotel room door and I must say it was very nice . It had a full kitchen and a separate lounge area. Well. it could do with a lounge seat in there.not a single seat and a nice queen size bed in its own bedroom and a roomy bathroom 🚻. I recommend room 1, even though you look over the roof cover over the street footpath on the terrace .
The hotel entrance needs a revamp and lifts

The location is amazing, the apartment is huge, it’s a bit dated but it’s comfortable and has everything you need. It’s clean and the staff we met were helpful and polite. There’s a great Chinese restaurant across the road on The Terrace and great bakeries on both sides. The kitchen is limited but adequate. We got a great deal so it was value for money. Easy walk to Sky Stadium, Parliament and the waterfront.
It is a bit dated and tired. But that’s being picky.

This is the perfect location when travelling for work (if you work in most government departments). Right on the terrace / Lambton Quay. *Very* spacious rooms, great shower, great bed, everything was clean and tidy. The price varies here, but when it's cheap, this is my favourite place to stay in town and I've stayed at a lot of places in Wellington.
The maintenance might be a little better - the bathroom door needed repairing, but on the whole that's minor compared to how good the room is.

Although there was some activity with the building works right next door, thankfully it was in the final stages and the workmen were only tiling the roof top balcony area, so any noise was negligible and didn't cause us any issues. This building looks like it is only weeks away from completion. The apartment was spacious and adequate for our needs and the views were pretty good also. This was the last leg of our North Island holiday and we had stayed in 5 star hotels along the way with sealed windows and enforced air conditioning, so it was such a welcome relief to be able to open the windows and have fresh air circulating. The location is brilliant. The Seaview Market is just a few doors down, as is a Farmers Department Store, Woolworths etc. There is a bus stop almost right outside the building and the actual Bus Terminal and the Railway Station are only a few minutes walk. All in all, it was a great way to relax after our hectic tour and it gave us the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Wellington.
We stayed in Apartment 5, 9th floor. We couldn't figure out how to operate the microwave oven. Also, you might need to consider some sort of privacy curtain where the two buildings almost touch because it looks like the top deck of the nearly completed building will be some sort of outdoor recreational deck and this gives anyone on the deck an uninterrupted view into the bedroom and the living areas of the apartment.

Very near to all the places I wanted to be in. Room was big and well cleaned etc. Hot Shower! Staff were very nice.
The noise! From 11pmish to early in the morning each night I think Wellington City Council or others were cleaning the roads, buses or contractors were doing their stuff! I kept waking up with the noise! I did find after 2 days that you can move down other blinds inside the curtains, which helped although nobody told me about this. Shower area - let us know that the area get's very wet the drains are poor. Don't like using so many towels that are not needed.

Centrally located in the shopping and business district . Clean and well Furnished bedroom and showroom . Comfy bed and all very clean . The lounge was good furnished and equipped though see comments below. Staff helpful and polite .
Some minor issues with the facilities . Corridor light didn’t work . Dishwasher had notice saying not working . All the table / desk and work wood chairs services showed signs of being old and heavily scored that impacted on the visual quality of the decor . The fact there is no double glazing on the metal framed windows means there is some noise from the street .

The location was perfect for what we were looking for and where we wanted to go. It has lots of shops etc. close by and the two entrances are convenient. Most of the must see things in Wellington are in very easy reach. The staff were great, very responsive and they were very flexible and helpful.
The parking is limited, although our car did fit (I checked ahead of time), the bar at the entrance of the parking garage was too low and scratched the roof of the car. The cost of parking is OK for the parking garage, even though we had to pay for the full last day, even though we left at 0700.

The location was great and just what we were looking for, it was within walking distance of the Wellington Station so we could easily get to and from for the Northern Explorer and Interislander. It was right next to some main streets so we're could access shops and stores, as well as public transit like buses and the Cable Car. The room was also very large with plenty of space to walk around, and had cool huge sliding doors to close of the bedroom.
In some places the room had a bit of a "dingy" feel. It wasn't dirty but a bit worn and overused. Most of the room was good but in one or two places some boards were coming loose. There bathroom had some paint worn away in corners and what looked like moisture damage. The bathrooms design was also not that nice, it was dated feeling and all one floor with slopes for water drainage but the shower water would get over into the sink area and didn't drain properly so there would be a big puddle right in front of the sink and toilet.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. For a studio apartment it was quite spacious. Clean throughout, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and kitchen was functional. The car parking arrangement despite being somewhat pricey as a good way to keep the car safe and a guaranteed spot every night, because on-street parking was very limited and felt unsafe.
The building itself was a bit old and tired and it would have been good to have a TV over or near the bed. The location was good if you only wanted access to/from the apartment, but in terms of surrounding services and/or hospitality venues, most of them, including the local supermarket at closed by 9pm.

Well located in central Wellington, right in the middle of the shopping area and very walkable to Parliament as well as the dining and entertainment districts. Staff were accommodating when I arrived early and happily made the room available to me as it was ready, despite being there well before normal check in time. I found my room quiet and adequately appointed without being at all luxurious.
The brand of plunger coffee provided in the room is dreadful!
