Good view and quite from other guests

Freeway noise was disturbing at times . Cars hooning at night was annoying

The room was well set out and not too small. Great location and staff were lovely. Being a 1 bedroom, it was quiet in the room and was nice to have a balcony. Would be nicer if there was a couple of chairs out on the balcony though. The room I asked for faced the city so I was happy with the view we had.

The bed was a very standard motel bed so nothing special, just adequate. The microwave was not working properly, the frying pan really needed replacing and the shower screen door does not close properly so there needs to be a little bit more maintenance, but I am nit picking a bit.

It s was tired not needed some work doing to it the service was a bit slack first day was fine but one day they didn’t even service the room had to go down to reception to ask for supplies they said they had been very busy my husband drop me off at work and didn’t go back to the hotel until round 1pm he saw the cleaners were down the hallway so he didn’t stay in the room long so they had time to do it but they didn’t they came buy at 6 pm after I had gone to the reception to give us towels and the room was very busy with a lot of furniture so not a lot to walk around all so you can here the neighbours when they were in the atrium

rang to find out what the after arrival times were for guests arriving at 9-10pm to check in - i rang the hotel number at about 6.30pm on 6 November but took very long time to be answered - then person said guests could press the intercom to get service and reception to handover their keys at 9-10pm. my guests were very anxious that they would be able to check in to their rooms when finished at 9-10pm and the instructions at time of booking etc wasnt clear at time of booking etc how to make contact after hours

Location was good, very central and the kids loved the balcony to look out over the street and see the buildings and things. Was still a decent walk to get to waterfront area and other places like Willis St etc. wasn’t too bad for us but trickier with young kids.

Very good location. Good facilities such as a gym. We asked to be moved from the studio apartment as it was very small and the staff were helpful with our request.

Was originally in a studio apartment, however these are very small and not really suitable for a couple with luggage. The underground car park is very compact and it can be difficult to park a big car.

Location was ideal for our stay in Welly. The small hob was very handy for cooking. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The washing machine was great to have in the room also.

The room was very hot and the ac unit didn't do very much. It was also very loud. The dryer did not work very well. We couldn't get it to do a decent job.

Clean and tidy, serviced daily, walking distance to everything we needed and very well priced. Everything we needed as a couple in Wellington to enjoy our stay, comfortable and affordable, would definitely stay here again.

Definitely not a necessity but would have loved a spa pool but we walked to the gym down the hill and used theirs. (Not a complaint).

Check in was prolonged with them changing the check in process to in person manager where we were served very well but it felt like we were waiting a long time on the main road waiting for them to turn up and let us into the lobby. Then for them to open up their systems.

I liked that it was central to everything but not smack bang in the city, the beds were comfy had electric blanket, big fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave was great

The water went cold fast, after one person had a shower it went cold and 300$ deposit = 30day wait for it back
