The lovely welcoming from the husband and wife and helping to sort out a parking spot for my car. The size of my room and its fantastic view, the cleanliness of my entire suite, the spa bath after a long but enjoyable day at the hospital, the close proximity to just walking across the road to the hospital to be with my grandson. Met all my needs and expectations. Definitely will be my go-to home away place to stay when needing to be at the hospital for whatever reason.

Spacious studio suite. Was a good location and mange to park a trailer as well, although it had to removed from vehicle as there is not enough space to turn around easily while towing.

Required pre payment in full for late check in. They did ultimately agree to pay by credit card the next morning as we were there for 2 nights. Better communication at time of booking might have helped. Only got told about this on day of arrival and we were already travelling a had to get to ferry on etc. no issues with the Motel as such.

Staff members are friendly, courteous, professional, accommodating and very patience. The room is great with super big bathroom with an awesome spa bath. The bathroom is the biggest one we ever had. My son extremely love the spa bath. The car park are enough where each room gets a parking space; also assuming that each car is parked properly within their given space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchenette is well equipped including utensils and a microwave. The room is cleaned up daily and amenities also restocked at the same time. Countdown supermarket is well within walking distance and public charging stations are also nearby. If you need to go to the Wellington Hospital, it's just across the road.

Can be noisy at night, mostly from the helicopter coming in and out of the hospital. Another noise source is the road and the wind. During our stay, lots of people drives loud cars at night. Unfortunately, those are issues that the proprietor can remedy.

Room was clean and warm. Only 2 min walk from hospital so chose to walk rather then pay for hospital parking. Came back to room late at night (Weather was horrendous) to a cozy room since I’d turned on the heat pump and electric blanket. Staff were friendly and obliging.

A shower cap please(hadn’t packed mine). The plastering/painting hadn’t been completed above toilet. Carpet in hallways could do with shampooing or replacing.

The fact i didn't have enough for a 200 dollar bond the luvly man at reception said he could do a 10 dollars hold fee i think its called instead so that helped us heaps. He was very friendly upon arrival an room was everything we needed an more. Bed was huge an very comfortable i wish we stayed 2 nights so i could sleep in. Didnt get to use spa bath but shower was amazing the pressure was on point. Netflix i did forgot to sign out of my account so to who ever was there after us your welcome haha. Pretty much straight across from wellington hospital were our mother was so yea everything just amazing.

That they were fully booked and we couldn't stay another night 😭

The location is right across the road from Wellington Hospital, which is brilliant while my husband was in hospital. The bed was fantastic, nice and comfortable, which for a motel is brilliant. Great shower🙂 Great with parking and allowed us to keep the car there on checkout day until my husband was discharged from hospital, which wasn't till mid afternoon.

Not wanting to be over picky, but just a couple of little things, like brackets on handles, etc, weren't fixed properly, and the bathroom door didn't shut properly, but apart from that, no issues

I really appreciated there being 1 park available per unit. This meant no additional cost or the worry of my vehicle being offsite. It was also very handy for thr Newtown Festival!

There was a bit of environmental noise (other people coming and going) at night time. I appreciate this isn't directly the fault of the motel, and they were fully booked with a busy festival on the weekend, so probably a lot of excited people also there. It didn't bother my 11 mth old baby, so while we heard it, that didn't impact us having a lovely stay. :)

We had a room on the second floor, balcony, and it was a nice welcoming space in general. Loved the electric blankets on the beds. Free parking a bonus. Great having a kitchenette in which to prepare our breakfast, even had a cooktop!

If you're not prepared for all the noises that come with being across the road from the ED (helicopters coming and going) then it can be a bit noisy, but didn't effect our sleep, wasn't a big problem

The location was across from the hospital where my partner.had surgery. It was great to be close to him. Our accommodation was spacious, huge family room, spotless and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Close to shops and supermarket. I would stay here again.and recommend highly.to others. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We liked everything

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ensured there was room for us to park our car. Very comfortable bed. Close to good restaurants. (The Curry Pot was scrummy!)

Our room was close to the road. Could hear traffic but not too noisy. Owners just need to clean their windows as pedestrians are having a fun time drawing all sorts of interesting pictures in the dust😆.
