Amazing staff. They are friendly, polite and always going above and beyond to make sure that you have an amazing experience. Really recommended for solo travelers. The bedroom is so cozy that you almost don’t want to leave to go sightseeing. The hotel is extremely well located, in the very city center. Try their wine selection, the owner of the hotel has a wine cellar and the majority of the wines are from there.

Perfect location, all main sights within walking distance. Very warm staff, friendly and professional. Nice facilities, just the red room is a bit too much for me, but the details are perfect

Rooms although beautiful with very comfy bed- were a bit small.

One of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic with plenty of easy access to a whole world of sights, sounds and flavours. The staff are exceptional in every way that you can imagine. Breakfast is a must experience feast. Dinner at the restaurant felt like a fine dining experience. The rooms are so stylish and you will feel like are walking through a colourful dream. The head chef is supremely talented, an absolute gentleman and chatted with us as if we were his old friends coming to visit him. Their entire team will make you feel like royalty. You will leave with a heavy heart because you couldn’t stay longer but will still manage a smile because you gifted yourself this experience.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this gem.

This is the one of the best small city hotels in Europe. We made a right choice at staying here. All staff were so polite, helpful and smiling all the time. Rooms were so clean, a little bit small but so effectively decorated. They upgraded our room to a street view room with a small balcony, that was so lovely. We walked eveywhere because we were in the middle of center, perfect location for us. Breakfast was a buffet and also alacarte for hot options, such as omlets, pancakes, egg benedicts. We really loved this place. Don't look at any other hotel in the heart of Lisbon.

The hotel was beautiful. Centrally located to all the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing. The decor inside the hotel was stunning. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was superb and the wines devine. The only issue I had was the wine service, sometimes I had to get up and get the bottle of wine and pours myself. We had a lovely waitress Beautriz who looked after us most of the stay and she knew when we needed a top up. Bravo Beautriz. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and each floor had vibrant colours in the hall ways and rooms. Would definitely come back again.

There was nothing to fault, the staff were so welcoming and attentive from reception through to the Bar/Restaurant. Food was excellent and it is by far one of if not the best hotels we have stayed in.
