Check-in: A warm and friendly welcome. Location: Strategically located in a central, posh area that isn’t overrun by tourists. Transportation is convenient, and the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, markets, and tourist attractions. Room: A reasonably sized, clean, decent and comfortable room. The view was nice, especially considering it was on the 7th floor. Breakfast: The freshness and variety of the products were good. Staff: The staff in breakfast and reception area were very polite and helpful. Overall: I was very pleased with my stay.

I must express a significant criticism: the warning sign above the water dispenser in the corner of the breakfast area is extremely irritating. I understand a “Forbidden to fill bottles” policy—perhaps if you’re only providing Fiji or Acqua di Cristallo Tributo a Modigliani—but seeing such a sign in the breakfast area of a classic, old style 4-star hotel is quite unpleasant.

The hotel is modern and stylish. We liked our room immediately when entered it. It smelled of delicate cleaning means. The bed was excellent, we slept like a log. We enjoyed hot water in the bathroom and the temperature in the room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated hot dishes a lot (pizzas, eggs, etc) as well as a good choice of fruit (5-6 species), tasty pastries and coffee. The meeting points of many tours are located nearby, so it's enough time to enjoy tasty dishes and walk towards one of them.

There's is nothing to complain about.

A very nice, comfortable hotel. Very good choice of food for breakfast. Everything exceptionally clean and pleasant. By busy Avenida, but in a small silent street. Metro at 5min walk. We’re happy to have chosen this hotel.

A four-star hotel shouldn’t have a bath tub. It was even rather slippery. To get in and out, well… And the toilet lid without soft close? In short, such a pity the management haven’t invested in bathrooms renovation.

Staff, anazing breakfasts, location: near metro, (Avenida station), a couple of fancy restaurants behind the building, grocery store across the street, spacious rooms.

The main problem of this hotel, to my opinion, is terrible soundproofing! I’ve changed the room, but it didn’t solve the problem, even has got worse. The noice comes not only from the main avenue, on which hotel is located (a lot of bikes ride through the night and closed windows merely help), but also from neighbours. You’ll hear absolutly everything- starting with water from the shower and ending with talking or even eating. 😅 More over, there is one strange thing happens from 11 p.m. to 00:30 a.m., 15-20 guys gather under the windows (I guess they are employees from some restaurant) and wait for taxis to get them home. They laugh, shout while waiting for the transport and you have to wait to get sleep. This oroblem only on Honest Green side.

The hotel is friendly and the staff are helpful. The breakfast and the location of the hotel are good.

Unfortunately, on exiting the lift, I was surprised to find very worn carpeting, which gives a feeling of uncleanliness. The room had a bloody smudge on the curtains. This was disappointing. The bathroom accessories are quite poor. I don't like rooms where the bedspread is also the bedspread. Everyone sits on it, puts their bags on it, and it is not changed per guest. Putting a sheet underneath as a protection is not appropriate for a 4-stars hotel. By the way, in January this blanket is very thin, we were cold.

Everything was OK. Room cleaned daily, great breakfast with plenty of choice and different every day. Location is great, you are near everything you need.

Towels changed daily even when not asked to.

Hotel Lisboa is in the heart of Lisboa, covenient to public transportation and perfect for the first time visitor. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. The breakfast was extraordinary - the best in all our travels. We decided to stay an extra night and moved from our roomy suite to a smaller room with a large terrace and a view of the city. Voilà- the rain stopped, the sun came out, and we had the perfect ending to a wonderful stay in Lisboa.

Enjoyable stay; liked the suite for the extra room we had especially as there was only a modest 'lounge' area downstairs. We were fortunate enough to have a parking space right outside the hotel which was good. Otherwise it could have been tricky finding a parking space. Easy walking distance to point where you can catch City Sightseeing buses.

I love the location and huuuugeeee bed, of course 😅 Everything was clean, fresh, and the feeling was like they were waiting for me(I don’t have this feelings in every hotel!)

During the breakfast I faced with some questions. Not so many tables and was quite messy

Fantastic localisation - easy to commute both from the airport and to the city centre. Nice staff, wanting to help the clients with technical problems. Comfortable rooms.

Problems with WiFi connection inside apartments, relatively repetitive breakfasts. Moreover it was quite cold during the night, the heating system was loudy.
