Good continental breakfast. Staff very friendly, good service and always happy to help. Wifi, Air-conditioning worked well, water refill near reception bonus and games room free to use. Clean and fresh hotel. Good shower pressure, hairdryer, comfortable beds and small fridge in the room. Thank you for the 🎈 and 🎂 for the birthday, lovely touch. Stayed here 8 years ago it's been redone since. Missed the views from the restaurant on top. Room 504 for 1 person was all good.

Room 505 - bad smell had to open the windows all day. Could do with a few more hangers only 5 for a family room is not enough. But the other room 504 there was no smell.

The room was big, with a large lobby and a large triple room with 1 queen bed and one single bed, both of them very confortable. The hotel reception looks nice, there is also a bar and a restaurant where you can take your dinner for a reasonable price. Right next to the hotel, there is a MyAuchan store, very convenient if you want to purchase water or anything else.

The floors were not so clean, even tough the ladies were cleaning them on a daily basis. If you were walking bare foot in the room, your feet would become dirty in a matter of minutes, which was very unpleasant since we were travelling with a small child.

Employees at the front desk and restaurant were helpful and friendly. The LOCATION was the best of all for me, that I’m traveling Solo. Few blocks from the Metro, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, walk distance to purchase tickets and get on the Hop on - Hop off buses, food market next door and the beautiful LIBERDADE Street. a couple of blocks away. Personally, I considered that the IBIS hotels are a safe choice when traveling Solo. They are always In the business district. In this trip, so far, out of 6 stays, this was the fourth In IBIS and the standards are consistent.

Nothing is perfect. I kept the don’t disturb sign for four days on the door. I spoke with different housekeepers to inform them that I will not need service during my stay. The last day, when I returned from sightseeing, I was surprise to see that the sign wasn’t at the door, my bed had fresh sheets. They had remove all the items from my bed, even when they put them back, I felt frustrated. After COVID I DO NOT allow my room to be cleaned in any hotel.

The location of the hotel was great!. walking proximity to the buses that take off to different sightseeing places. Breakfast was wonderful. Good spread of b'fast items.My kids loved making their own pancakes. The room was comfortable and clean for a family of 4. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner ,which was again walking distance from the hotel. Due to some strike issues the company that I booked cancelled the tour and I was able to book a tour with the help of the front desk.They have an onsite Fido show which was good.

Good location, a few minutes walk to Marques de Plombal, which is the start of Liberdade street. Rooms were clean, decent size and well equipped. We got the room with balcony which was super nice and useful to sit down and relax in the evenings.

Two days before my arrival I started getting phishing messages from the property, through Booking messaging platform, stating that my credit card information needs to be confirmed or my reservation will be cancelled. I called the property and they didn’t want to check or to help in any way, they just told me to call Booking. Luckily Booking customer support was super helpful and, with their help, I managed to avoid getting my credit card details stolen. To this day I got no explanation from the hotel with what happened and how someone managed to send several scam messages from their account.

Amazing STAFF!!! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we saw nothing but smiles, friendly staff always ready to help with anything. They gave us many tips about where to go and how to get there, the friendliest hotel staff ever! Breakfast was great with a gluten-free option and many selections. They also have their own bar and restaurant with great food and drinking options. It's a great meeting spot. We will for sure stay there next time! It's a very centered hotel with public transportation within a couple of blocks away, and there is always Uber 2 min. Away. Close to airport, restaurants, shops and all. We had a great time, family of 4, 2 kids 12 and 16.

There is nothing to dislike in our experience in this hotel. Its just not a 10 because, in my opinion, as great as our stay was, there is always room for improvement.

I liked that my room was on the 10th floor and had a great view from the balcony. I liked the staff in the lobby restaurant who gave me great recommendations for what to order. I also liked the front desk staff who were very helpful and always provided assistance with a smile. The hotel was in a really good location

I didn't like that a few days I had to take the stairs down since the elevator was taking too long to come up to the 10th floor. This was a minor inconvenience.

The location is good and can connect with the subway and bus to almost everywhere. I was there to attend the conference held in the Lisbon Congress Center (CCL). I find it is convenient to connect with the bus as well, or in combination with the subway-tram.

I did not have a chance to try the breakfast provided by the Hotel. Yet I can buy things from the supermarket across the street. They have almost everything. I enjoy staying.

Location was good, near the metro. Breakfast is very good also they cook dinner every night if you want to eat. There is a drinking water fountain in the entrance.

There was no wardrope, closet, table in the room. There was not even a single drawer to put your stuff like wallet, phone etc. I had to put all of my stuff on the floor or kept them in the luggage. The room had a big balcony but come on, how come there is not a single closet to put your clothes or stuff. It's kind a strange.

Lisbon Is a very big city and most of the places could be reach by metro and public transport. This hotel Is few minutes walking from a metro station and in a party of Town full of bar restaurants, cafè and supermarket. Our room was enough big, Well organized with separates spaces for childrens and adults. Bathroom was nice and wc was provided of water bidet. In the room.we had a safe box, two televisions with International choise of channels, cafè and tea was free for guest such as wifi connection. Soap/shampoo was very abboindant and we haven't any trouble about It. Breakfast costs 12 euro for person, childrens doesn't pay....seemed very nice but we didnt tried It. The room was very clean and everyday at out return in hotel all was set and Clean and towels changed. The best at last: the staff Is kind, simpatic and very usefull . They helped my family very much letting us leaving our baggage at reception on last day (and even using toilet before we leave for Airport). P.s. Airport can be reach as well by metro really easily the line Is about 1,5km fare from Hotel. What to Say....we are really Happy, we could return even today... and we suggest to chose this hotel IBIS that never disappoint theyr customers! Thanks tò the IBIS STAFF and goodbye Lisboa!

Shower has sprinkles with water falling from above, i prefer when i can shower without make my hair wet. But bathroom has a free phon :) and i could dry every time.
