Perfect for a city break, modern hotel with great rooms in a convenient location, making it easy to walk to all the main sights in lisbon. Provided us with a free drink on arrival and pastel de natas - also gave us a bottle of champagne for new year’s eve which was a lovely gesture.

If you are a light sleeper like me i would suggest to avoid staying on the top (5th) floor as the ac/boiler unit is on the floor above and makes a loud whirring noise from about 6am each day which is not ideal if you want a good nights sleep.

I didn’t like the fact coffee tea refills in the room have to be paid. Haven’t experienced this in any hotel in the world.

This is not about me but I feel really bad for the front desk who have to stand all the time. Why can’t you give them high chairs to sit on? They can have permanent leg and feet health issues. I’m surprised that the owners didn’t think of it.

Great location!

Our AC was not working in our room. After telling the staff several times, and having the maintenance person “fix it”. It still didn’t work. It was 24 degrees in our room. We will be back in 2 weeks - stay tuned for an update.

The location of the Hotel is just fantastic! A few steps from the metro station, big supermarket, the first stop of the famous 28 tram, in the center of everything in Lisboa! The double glass of the windows works exelent, it's a pretty noisy street outside but the room is totally quite. The room was big enough and the bed was super comfortable, we slept like a babies :) All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. And we got a super nice compliment to our room on my birthday. It's easy to recomend this hotel because it's really good one!

2 issues can be improved to be an ideal place to be: 1/ they put some coffee capsules at the first day and then do not bring more, also not paper glases. it could be very nice to bring more capsules during the stay. 2/ we stayed for 6 nights and they did not changed the linnen even once, the towels were changed every day. I think that the linnen could be changed at least once in 3 days for those who stay longer...

Nothing ! Elevator a bit slow and busy

Loved the location, the service minded staff, the layout of and facilities in the room. Big plus for the small pastel de natas on arrival! My room was facing a courtyard and completely silent at night.

On arrival there was a headache inducing strong scent of perfume in my room. The receptionist tried to air it out with ac when I was out, and offered me to change to new room the day after. In the end, I found the source was the bedspread and as soon as I removed it and got a new duvet it was gone. Probably something had leaked onto it (the hallway and lobby smells the same, just not as strong). Thank you to the guys in the reception who put up with my complaining about the perfume!

Booked a tour via the hotel to Sintra to see Pena Palace, but after being picked up and half an hour into the journey we were told we would not be able going to the location due to the high temp. I fully appreciate the need for public safety where wild fire may pose a risk, but if the reception staff had let me know it could be cancelled due high temps I would have looked to see if the weather was cooler on another day. Though we were taken to another summer palace home, but had to pay additional 25e in addition to 138e I'd already paid. I did raise the matter with reception staff and suggested in future they mention the experience maybe cancelled or changed due to high temps, just so others booking the tour in future would be aware.

Boutique style hotel with very modern rooms and its a great central locations so many things are walking distance even if it is up a few hills 🤣

There are some standard rooms that have no natural daylight and although I told them in advance I was coming for my 50th birthday I was told there was no guarantee for a room with view to city. I think the hotel should grade the standard rooms as the ones with no natural daylight and then you know what you are booking. We were upgraded the next day to an amazing room with view to the castle so thank you to the staff for sorting that out for us.

Beautiful historic hotel with stunning views, Loved the large room which was spotlessly clean with great modern decor and facilities. The bed was so comfortable, and the TV was exceptional., similar to the same large smart TV we have at home. Very good ample storage space. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked choices as well as continental. Staff were kind, helpful and responsive to any requests we may have had as guests staying in Portugal from far away New Zealand. Thank you MSH Tejo Team.

Everything was exceptional.

Perfect location, very clean rooms. Bed huge and comfortable. Even though our room vas on the 1st floor facing the main street, when you close the blinds, there was not any noice at all. Staff extremely polite. We took one water from the mini bar and on check-in ask to pay it. They told us “it is on us”. Would stay again and recommend for sure.
