Evening Buffet was excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The free "Shuttle Service" was misleading and disappointing. We arrived at Lisbon airport in the middle of the afternoon after an 11-hour flight and called the hotel for the Shuttle, only to be told "they do not pick up from the airport", we then had to get a taxi at a cost of 24.50 euros, we had 4 check bags and two carry-ons. We were also informed that the Shuttle service only runs from early morning until 11.00 am to the airport. Our flight check-in time was 13.10, and not wanting to incur another taxi bill, we took the last shuttle,11.00 am, and sat around the airport for hours waiting for our flight.

The hotel is very close to the airport (7-10 min from the airport in an uber) Lovely and variety breakfast + little biscuits, fruit a few sweets with fresh water in the evening. Nice Wi-Fi and located very close to the bus station or underground (less than 10 min walk). a very nice park close by if you feel like taking fresh air or walk a bit with kiddos- very nice playground with a coffee restaurant for relaxing the last day)

I was travelling with my 2 kids and when I made the booking I choose 2 double beds.,. however on arrival I only had 1 double and 1 single bed. Some TLC to be done in the room.

The room is spacious and the breakfast is fantastic. Staff are very friendly.

Free shuttle bus is only provided for the way to the airport. It will be perfect if there is shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel.

The best part is value for money. Compare to other hotels on the same level it was cheaper, for a reason, but still provide a good value for money. The room is big, the food in the breakfast buffet is okay, the staff is great and helpful. The location is also great, as it is not in the city centre but very close to a metro station and in a safe and green area.

The hotel is very much out dated and gives 80’s vibes. The elevators are behaving weird sometimes and the food at the dinner buffet (some days they have bigger for dinner) was not the best. In my first few days it was quite hot and the AC didn’t function, they tried to fix it, but what helped is the change in the weather after 2 days.

The room has sufficient space for 2Adults+1 child. Very near to LIS Airport, Metro station, Bus stops. You can reach the city center in less than 30 mins easily.

The Hotel given the airport shuttle timings to drop at LIS airport.We opted for 8h30 shuttle to drop at Airport on check-out date. All the discussion happened thru booking.com. However, it was not listed at reception when we verified at reception. We opted 9h30 shuttle as prior shuttles are already booked. We're tight with the timings at the airport. May be mis communication between staff. Other than this, no complaints.

Decent hotel near the airport. Quite meets the standards of Radisson. Comfortable rooms, clean and cozy. We were afraid that there would be noise from the road, but in fact the noise did not bother us - the windows have good sound insulation, and the ventilation system works perfectly. Expensive underground parking (it seems more than 15 euros per night), but there are enough places in the street parking on small squre near the hotel and from 7 pm to 9 am it is free, so having paid 2 euros upon arrival at 6 pm we left the car there until the morning - right under the windows and cameras of the hotel. Breakfast is expensive (16 euros), but definitely worth the money. A great option before flying out of the airport.

Modern, nice restaurant, walking distance to the metro. Parking on site for 16 euro daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Near the airport.

There is notable wear and tear in the building. There are few near by attractions or restaurants. The transfer shuttle was under maintenance and not available but we had a rental car so were able to get around. My wife stumbled on a small entry step going into the facility on our last evening there. She fell forward and struck her head on the door suffering a large hematoma on the forehead, a bloody nose, a sprained wrist and a bruised knee. I had tripped on the same ledge the day we arrived. This is an obvious danger and should be addressed. The staff were very helpful and provided ice and were caring about her injury. We are thankful that it was not much more serious. The glass did not break, or she may have been cut. She could’ve suffered a concussion. a broken wrist or neck.

The staff were friendly and exceptional. They upgraded us for free to a Junior suite on arrival. The man who checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Check in was very efficient. The suite was very clean and the mattresses and bedding new and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Free shuttle bus to the airport too.

The airport shuttle bus runs once per hour (6:30am, 7:30am etc) and so because we had a morning flight and the 7:30am shuttle bus was fully booked, unfortunately we had to skip breakfast.

The hotel is quite comfortable and located in a convenient spot (close to the airport and train station, not too far from the city centre which can be easily reached within 10 Mins by taxi), the building itself is quite modern as well, nice underground parking, also the staff at the counter is friendly.

At our floor (7) there were some rooms occupied by cleaning staff, they were super loud during the evening and nights, it looks like they brought their kids to their work and kids were playing loudly in the hall at 1am several days in a row, insulation is somehow poor in that hotel too. On top of that, rooms need renovation as furniture is quite old. Breakfasts are good but don't change day over day so we had the same breakfast for 8 days which is OK but could be improved.

The facility is very near to the airport (max 8 minutes drive even on a busy week day). The room was clean, spacious and organized in two spaces, enabling me to work as well in a comfy table and chairs. The bathroom and towels were so clean, as well as the bedsheets. The breakfast was very good one, lots of selections and attention to dietary requirements. The staff was very attentive and helpful to my team and me, as the airport lost our luggage and got them after two days. the staff friendly advised us and provided some hygienic items needed upon our request.

The chairs in the working area need some more attention on cleaning some stains. For a 4 star hotel, toothbrushes, paste and flippers should have been in the rooms.
