The hotel has a great location - about a 10-minute walk from Praça Marquês de Pombal (metro station, buses) and Parque Eduardo VII (nice park - great for a relaxing walk or even jogging). A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Burger King fast food restaurant and the Continente supermarket / grocery store. The hotel made a very pleasant impression on me, the staff were nice and smiling. The breakfast was amazing for me - real orange juice, classic scrambled eggs, bacon but also fresh pineapple (I love pineapple), yellow melon, kiwi, etc. This fresh fruit was the end of every breakfast I had. The selection of sweet pastries also included the traditional Portuguese (and very tasty) Pastel de nata. Since it was a business trip, I'll mention the details related to that. I appreciated the classic desk and chair, so I could work in the evening without any problems. The free hotel wifi worked quickly and without any problems. I was definitely very satisfied and would happily recommend this hotel to others. If I visit Lisbon again, I will definitely consider it.

My only small complaint is about the glass door to the bathroom - in my room it took more force to open it - a weaker, e.g. older person might have a problem with it. But it is possible that it was not a feature of the door, but its defect/damage.

Hotel is near to the Marques de Pombal square and the Liberdade avenue, therefore is a near, yet relax area to stay. Room was confortable, with nice decor touches and the water was VERY hot as I like it :-). Breakfast was good with a good selection between sweets, breads, some meats, fruits and vegetables. The breakfast room is relaxed but I recommend to go there before 8am. Staff was very friendly and felt safe to walk around during any moment of the day. Highly recommended if you want stay close to the city old center (20 minute walk) but in a relax not noisy area.

My only concern was the noises that the maids made while they were cleaning the upper rooms. Sometimes I wanted to stay in bed until 10am but wasnt possible due to the noises.

I recently stayed at Sana hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel itself was exceptionally quiet, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its fantastic location. It was just a short walk to the starting point of the sightseeing bus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I could easily hop on and off throughout the day without any hassle. It was also very close to the metro to hop onto a train which is 3 stops to the city centre. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service and a prime location for sightseeing, I highly recommend Sana hotel. I will definitely be returning!

Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold options, plus fruit and some cereals. The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bath was also very good with plenty of hot water.

The room cleaning is only done when you hang out a sign, which is a little annoying and probably a hangover from C19 days. IMO if we are staying at a Hotel it should be the norm to clean the room eat day, and only hang something on the door if you do not want it cleaned - not the other way around. I booked a larger room at a bigger expense. The coffee pods and fresh water was on replaced consistently. During my 9 day stay, at least 3-4 days no one replaced the coffee pods or brough fresh water. That is a little dissappointing given the room price.

A nice quiet area. Excellent breakfast.loved the little Pastel de Nata cakes in our room on our arrival and free water bottles! Lovely park and a good supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. A very clean hotel.

I always choose hotels with a kettle in the room but here they don’t provide them but they were so kind and lent me one so I could make tea!!! They provide a coffee maker but you have the pay and it was complicating to use. The hotel is a little far from the historical side of Lisbon but that was our choice as we preferred to be in a quiet modern flat area. It is perfect for catching the hop off bus and any tours as they all leave from just around the corner so it is ideal .

Everything was fantastic, big clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast each morning with an amazing amount of choice. Relaxing lounge and bar area open all day, far exceeding their 3 star rating by far. When leaving a taxi was called for me with no trouble, I was given the car number and it arrived within minutes.

My only slight niggle was that no city map or recommendations were given to me on check in, nothing major but it would of been a nice touch. Also the coffee served at breakfast was not to my liking at all, again this is more a personal preference. Mot a slight on the hotel itself.

Kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast for a 3*** hotel, nice clean bathroom, nice rooms, free parking (limited places, otherwise you need to park in the garage for 25 EUR per night). Good location for walking to the historical center.

Little bit of dirty carpet in the room. Glass doors to wc and bathroom. We were unlucky because in nearby Eduardo park there was a celebration event of the local football championship so we could not sleep in the night (fireworks and loud people until 4am. in streets around the hotel), the other night was ok, so it seems that usually it is calm area, if here is not some event in Eduardo park.

Amazingly comfortable bed. Everything very clean and new. Breakfast very calm, well stocked and very tasty. The breakfast lady does an excellent job. I personally thought the location was a bit outside the tourist area but its an easy walk into the city and lots of buses and metro nearby.

I never once saw anyone in the bar which was a pity. It didnt seem to be well soundproofed at all. I didn't like that there were very few small parts of the window in the bedroom that could be opened. The window was behind the bed which was a first for me, great black out curtains though. I was unable to open the bathroom window even though staff told me it does open. Some outside bin men noise which can't be helped. Lighting in the room was badly designed.

It was comfortable and has the basics.clean sheets and towels.The breakfast was complete, from English breakfast to fresh fruits and salads. Great location! The staff are very helpful. They have reserve free parking but is “first come first serve “. They suggest to park in front but is 25€ /24hs.

It didn’t have proper shampoo or amenities. I stayed at the 3rd floor and didn’t have wash-let neither bathtub. My friend stayed at the first floor and it had both.
