Great location for Australian Open or MCG cricket matches. The kind staff person gave me a heater which made it much more comfortable for me at night. Really appreciated that.

Bathroom was small. The water stream from the faucet goes straight into the basin drain. As a result after brushing teeth or spitting in the basin the water does not clean anything but goes straight in the drain. The heating didn’t go over 25 degrees. It should be able to be set higher if desired. The windows sound proof well but the door needs some rubber lining or something as all the sound from the corridor is 100% audible in the room. Most importantly, you must have smart tvs in this day and age. The tv was prehistoric. Everyone wants to watch YouTube and Netflix at night.

Jasmine was lovely and helpful at reception, told us everything we needed to know , especially about leaving our car there overnight . Love doubled glazed glass quiet as considering the location near the train line Lovely big comfy bed, pillows and linen Bathroom spacious and plenty of hot water Good cold little frig and good select of hot drink options We ate out for tea and breakfast so did not use the toaster/crockery

Well it was not us , but our eldest daughter , son in law and grandchildren had a double room close to us and sadly there was no plug for a bath for our grandson (9yrs) in there room or at reception :( I usually take ! when we travel for the sink for my husband to shave as we know they go missing Bit surprised to because we have stayed at other hotels in Melbourne and there has been a bath and plug Over the new year our other grandson ( 14 mths ) from the states had 1 every night saved our sanity

The hotel was in theme for the concert we went there for. Olivia Rodrigo "Guts" Concert with a life size carton model of Olivia in the foyer and promotion to win it. Walking distance to the concert venue. Option for a Buffet breakfast for $24 for adults and $5 for kids. The pool and the gym were my granddaughter's fave aside from the Olivia Rodrigo cut out. They kept our luggage for the whole day even if check out is at 10am. Staff very patiently gave us a map and explained how we can get to the centre of the city using free trams, etc. Thank you, made my granddaughter's time there fun and enjoyable. Beautiful memories...

The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fabulous facilities for an early morning cuppa. The location of the hotel is only a short walk into the city (to Flinders Street) and Fitzroy Gardens are only a stone-throw away. The staff at reception were lovely and the hotel itself was clean and quiet. My husband and I eloped during our stay and we were delighted with our room. We also saw The Goo Goo Dolls and the walk to the Margaret Court Arena was about 5-10 minutes and incredibly straightforward. Definitely a go-to hotel for fans of the AO or for anyone with plans in East Melbourne.

The staff were very nice, the room was very good too! I was worried about the bathroom situation because there was no bathroom photos listed or mention of one but I was definitely happy with the bathroom and the room in general.

The parking situation could be changed a bit, on here it says that we can’t ask for a parking spot to be reserved for you, but when I was talking to the worker at the desk about the parking they mentioned that next time we should call to reserve a parking which I did mention the situation on here and it would’ve been good to know beforehand. $50 is a little bit steep too but yeah

Convenient and easy to walk to the tennis. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful when I discovered I’d left my phone in the uber. They called my phone and the lady at reception even let me use her personal phone to FB Message my wife. My phone was returned by the driver shortly after.

Breakfast for the price was below par. Only two option for hot food - scrambled eggs and bacon. Cold selection was minimal with yogurt and cereal. Had to pay additional for an espresso coffee which seemed odd compared to other hotels. The restaurant was not open 7pm on a Saturday night for a meal so I walked to a nearby hotel (competitor) and ate dinner there with a few drinks.

Absolutely love staying here. Perfect location to attend AFL matches and also walk or tram into the city for cafes, restaurants and yoga! Not far to walk to Anzac Day Dawn service too. Our friends stayed here last year and recommended the hotel to us. We love it so much that we have booked it for another stay, to come down the very next weekend to attend another AFL match. Highly recommend.

Room need Smart TVs so that we can stream through our devices for sports or movies when we got down time. The only downside of the stay.

The breakfast that was included was excellent! The reception staff was very helpful. LOVED having laudry facilities next to our room! We upgraded to a larger room and it was very spacious. Liked that the gym had a scale so we could prepare our luggage for the airplane.

The location is right next to an Aussie Football stadium, so it was hard to get around by Uber - 70,000 fans coming and going every night. Roads were blocked, so difficult to get our car to the hotel. The room itself needs to be upgraded, furniture is old and dated.

We had a very early flight into Melbourne that was suppose to Darwin leave at 2:20am but was delayed. We finally got to the hotel at about 9am very tired and they checked us into our room early and allowed us to have the dis ounted breakfast, which was amazing and very much appreciated. The breakfast was also great, as there was not much else around food wise. Very close to the MCG which was the reason for our say.

Close to MCG but not close to many eateries or convenience stores. We did make use of uber eats etc tho.

Very friendly staff, housekeeping was good, and nice to know there was staff about even overnight (not that we needed) Room was very spacious, comfy bed, good living space - lounge was good to sit on - the small kitchen functioned really well & had everything we needed to have not needed to eat out each meal (which is always good for budget!) Easy walk to the MCG & AAMI stadium - close to public transport and a couple nice cafes within walking distance.
