All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to warm up a bottle for my daughter, and they just brought one to my room. Anytime my family or I had a question, they had the answers and didn't make us feel like a burden. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. We ended up having an additional family member join us, and they upgraded our room hassle-free. The hotel is a great distance from disneyland, and the hotel offers a shuttle for $6 a day. My family really enjoyed staying here. They had something for everyone. There is a pool, restaurant, bar, and STARBUCKS!!! All in All the hotel is definitely worth it for an off site hotel if you're looking for a place to stay either for business or leisure.

The pillows could have been better The bathroom door didn't open all the way because it hit the toilet. Could have had more room in the bathroom The Sink in the room(not bathroom) just trickled However, these were super minor and didn't affect our stay at all.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Anaheim. We much enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks in the hotel, the spacious and clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the perfect location near Disneyland! The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing.

While our stay had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel was quite pricey, and the first room we were given had issues with the water and flush. Although the staff resolved it quickly, they initially tried to downgrade us before finding an equivalent room. Additionally, much of the hotel is under construction at the moment, and we were woken up by noise most mornings. Thankfully, we received a credit toward our booking as compensation, which helped offset the inconvenience.

The restrooms are a bit outdated. Tub and sink looked worn down. Self park is $29+ tax, valet is $34+tax ($44.xx)

Close to Disneyland, about 20-minute walk. There is a bus to/from Disney but quite expensive (it was $4 for a one way ticket if I remember it right, although I think there are day passes that could save some $). The room furnishings are a littbe bit more updated compared to the ones in Hilton LAX. Complimentary coffee/tea are the same (from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf). The coffee maker is clean, no coffee or hard water stains. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

No complimentary bottle of water at check-in, on this point Hilton LAX is better, lol. There were two bottles of water in the room but it was only free for Hilton Honors members and $5 (per bottle) for ordinary guests.

It was in a nice area and everyone was really nice. Most of all loved the gym they have a great setup.

One think that was a little bother I’m mean not a big deal but still back of the head was the construction going on every time me and the family when down stairs and sometimes could hear it in our room. Another small bother was bed was broken on one side and couldn’t tell unless you where laying on it with made the bed feel like you slep on a rock but my daughter did say her bed was great and my wife said her side of the bed was also great.

Went with my husband for a weekend getaway. The location was the best, near Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Restaurants and stores also in walking distance. The hotel has parking available and don't charge if you're a guest. They have a pool and jacuzzi which closes at 10 pm, much later than other hotels. Also they have a bar and have incredible drinks.

The only thing I didn't like is the staff at the bar, they were kinda rude at first. My husband is Mexican and has Mexican IDs. We are both 29 and he had to give the bartender 3 IDs and he even scratched the date with the last one to make sure it was real because he said he needed a California ID. It was fine but I thought it was a little too much. After maybe half an hour the bartender changed his attitude but it did feel uncomfortable at first and we even discussed about leaving. Later when we were about to pay, when I pulled out cash for the tip, the bartender said it was already included in the receipt, we were gonna leave tip anyway, but it would've been nice if they asked first or asked if thats the amount we wanted to leave.

The lobby was nice. There are many seating options which was nice for our group of seven. The food at Mix was delicious. The wait staff were amazing. When we requested a room change the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The first room we were in was too far from family. We requested to move, were still not as close as we wanted to be, but paid extra for a view of the pool. The smell of marijuana was pervasive on the 5th floor (pool) and the seventh floor where we stayed. AIr conditioning didn't go as low as I would have liked.

The rooms were good size and very clean. The location of the property is great; it's less than a mile south of the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure, so it's a walkable distance even with children. There is also a shuttle bus that is free with the price of admission. The pool bar was really cool; great service on the 5th floor.

The property was under a major renovation when we stayed there, so the lobby didn't have the normal amenities, which was kind of disappointing.

Everything was OK, not the first time staying here, been here before and this is why I decided to came back. The room was big, beds comfy and the view from my room was amazing. Best hotel to stay near Disneyland.

The only thing I didn't like it that i couldn't use the air/ventilations properly, the heater was on but the room was extremely hot (at least for my taste) and we couldn't lower the temperature. We decided to turn it off ultimately.

we’re locals and that was my first time staying there . it was really nice we went on a good day I guess at check they had like a small candy stand and free face painting the shops around were nice . everyone was really friendly

the room was outdated a bit , the lamp was dusty the room was clean it’s just as someone who also does cleaning work you already know what to look for to know wether a room has been cleaned properly or not .
