You cannot beat the location of the Comfort Inn. My friend and I were able to walk to the theater for a comedy show, Progressive field for a Guardians game, and many breweries and bars. The location was a 10/10. The breakfast in the morning was solid too. It was awesome to wake up and have waffles, Greek yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, etc.

The only thing I didn't like about the Comfort Inn was how dated and dark everything was. The hotel is essentially tan and dark brown with dim lights throughout the hallways and inside your hotel room. The hotel needs to invest money into the property and updating with 2025 color schemes.

Location convenient to the theater we were going to. I had left my wedding ring on the bed and thank goodness we were not far away and could go back and get it since we traveled up from Dayton. So thankful they called!

The ramp to the parking garage could use a bit more texture. It was raining when we left and tires skidded across the ramp. The parking lot that is meant for first could have a different sign than lot full, maybe something more like hotel guest parking only. When I saw full I had to call to find out where to park, turns out they had more under the building which the website didn't state.

The room was comfortable and the beds were great. Breakfast was really good and the staff kept it well stocked on a busy holiday weekend. A very short walk to the baseball stadium, which was our reason for visiting Cleveland. Overall we were impressed!

There was an issue with the keycards not working while we were there. It happened to us every time we tried to use them, and other guests that were trying to get into their rooms said the same thing was happening to them. Staff was able to reset the card very quickly, but we'd have to go back down to the lobby each time

This hotel was clean and welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had the basics and was quite good: scrambled and hardboiled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, muffins, dry cereals, and more. Easy walk to both Progressive Field and Rock and Roll Hall off Fame. We walked back from baseball game around 10pm and felt very safe. Parking in hotel lot was easy, reasonable and safe. Staff all so friendly and helpful.

View was side of another building but that wasn't important.

Location close to the Greyhound bus stop, the room was clean, the bed was soooo comfy. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room. The staff was nice. I booked my reservation only a few minutes before coming, it was perfect for what I needed.

The decoration was a little bit outdated, but not a big deal. When I used the bathtub I had the impression that I walked on water. The ground made ''bloup bloup'', that was weird. There was not a lot of light to light in the room. I found it was a bit expensive.

Just outside of Playhouse Square, it's in the perfect location. The stadiums and arenas are within walking distance. All the while you pay half the price of hotels just down the street. The included breakfast was as expected, and overnight parking was at a great rate.

There's a bit of an old motel-like feel to it with elevator cabs that felt stuck in the 90s. They had a bit of a smoky stench the wood paneling seemed to keep in. The parking is a shared surface lot so cars would be exposed with traffic on the public side coming frequently. It appeared there were a few shut down restaurants attached to the hotel, that could've further elevated the experience if still operating.

I thought I would be closer to the stadium as my hubby just had back surgery and I am in a boot.we were greeted after an 8 hour car ride from Maryland by Sandi..wow...hearing about our confusion with locale of hotel.. he offered us a ride to dinner and even offered to drop us off close to the browns stadium on game day..Just floored with the phenomenal guest service.hotel very clean.breakfast delicious..third stay at a comfort inn in the past month.Hallof fame canton ohio.ocean city Maryland then cleveland.you have a new loyal customer..and when I return to cleveland..staying at my new home away from home. Within walking distance to many venues. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean

Cramped bathroom with toilet very close to counter. Had to stand very close to the toilet to use hairdryer due to very shirt cord. Carpet needs cleaning in the room.

Location is very centralized and within walking distance to Progressive Field, Browns Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was also very central to the campus of Cleveland State University and was surrounded by campus buildings and dormitories. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I’ve had at other hotels

For some reason, our keys repeatedly demagnetized and had to be replaced after being used once or twice. But replacing them was fast and easy.

Very clean and friendly establishment, and close to many things to do. And we arrived before check-in time but there wasn't any problems with this. Also the shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic Hospital is God sent!!! THANK YOU!!

First I want to say I really appreciate the fact that they have shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic Hospital, but...it would be awesome if it wasn't every hour. It runs at 7:30am and every hour from this time. Our appointment ended at 8:35am so we sat and waited for the next shuttle at 9:30am. Maybe if there was 2 shuttle drivers one can run from 7am and every hour, while the other stays on the 7:30am and every hour. This way there's a shuttle every 30mins. JUST A SUGGESTION. BUT AGAIN YOU ARE APPRECIATED SO MUCH.... THANK YOU!!
