The location is excellent and right in the heart of Florence, just a 3-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. The staff is amazing. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for all guests. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free.

The Wi-Fi was down for a day, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the way the staff handled the situation was commendable. They really do their best to take care of everything on the property.

The hotel is in a convenient location, just few mins walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. The street it is located on is busy, but once you are inside, the room was comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped and we had a very good peaceful stay here. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We wanted to drive outside the city and the staff even explained the city signs to us. Thank you for the room upgrade, it made our day! The hotel is located near many attractions such as Mercato Centrale, and is 8 to 10 mins walk to the duomo. Will stay here again

although the location was an advantage being central , it was not in a nice clean area. the streets were not clean even at the entrance of the hotel , bad odors with many homeless people near the door. I would preferred maybe a lower star level for a better location. for us staying 6 night the breakfast was very basic repeated every day, saying this a have to say that the staff were very nice and considerate

Location was perfect, close by the end of line for the airport tram, and right next to the main train terminal, so for days when moving all my luggage it was a breeze. It was also a simple and quick walk to the Central Market, Duomo, etc. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom amenities were excellent, good size shower even for a big guy like myself.

Sensor on the main door to enter the hotel may need calibration, as it often failed to register me there and open, needing to step back or wave. Other than that mild inconvenience I have nothing negative to say, and that was essentially me nitpicking to be able to provide a response on something I didn't like.

The location was fantastic, very close to train station, Mercato Centrale and the Duomo. The room was spacious, modern, very clean and quiet. The king size bed was a little firm but ok. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, not just pastries, and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a little expensive compared to other places we stayed in Italy but I would still stay here again as the pros outweighed the cost.

This hotel is located very close to the train station. It was easy to drop our bags and start our day as soon as we arrived. Everything is walkable using this hotel as a starting point. It was close to all of the "attractions" with many restaurant choices right around the area. The staff was kind and helpful. They recommended some wonderful restaurants and activities. On our last day we were able to leave our bags at the front and use the day for seeing the sights.

We had a minor issue with the shower drainage but the staff was responsive and was able to fix everything quickly.

The location of the hotel offered easy access to any amount of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The railway station was only 2 mins away which was handy. All the city site were within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptional and more than helpful. Can i just mention Cheara, who was in reception each day we were there. Always welcomed us with a smile and a hug on departing. would 100% reccomend this hotel.

When we arrived the exterior of the hotel looks grubby and covered in graffitti, but dont let that put you off. As soon as you step in through the doors the hotel is clean modern and beautiful.

Although I didn't get the breakfast, my friend did and she loved the quality of the food and the options. The location is perfectly close to the train station, centrale mercado and the Duomo/shopping areas. I felt safe at the location and was happy to spend the 2nd leg of my trip at Mercure.

The TV has a Casting function but you have to be on a specific Wifi Network to use it. The Wifi network for my room was not available, so I just watched TV on my tablet. Not a big deal at all, but it was a little disappointing. Oh and the AC doesn't get turned on until June, so if it's hot, it's just hot.

A location was just in the middle of Florence, walkable everywhere with plenty to visit, Academies was just around the corner, plenty to eat with variety of cusines if you are tired if Pizza/pasta, and shops galore, staff one of the loveliest and caring, the decor most modern lovely and an balcony to die for! Reception staff are great for tour advice as well.

Iron and board only available for reception. Can't remember if there was a safe in room. Everything else fine.

The location was good for Florence.

I tried contacting the hotel to ask about the parking and waited on the line more than 5 minutes without getting clear message from the line. Luckily, when I arrived, there was one temporary parking spot left. After check in, the hotel staff called the valet to park my car, which I had not been informed about before.
