The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was quick and easy. We like that the location is quiet but still in walkable distance from numerous shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance from the train station which was a lifesaver for us.

The room was a little small and was quite tight for a couple that had two big suitcases, but this didn't bother us too much as we were mostly back at night and would only use the hotel for sleeping. The walls were very thin and the neighbours were quite loud at night which was another negative but again nothing too big of a deal for us as we were usually exhausted and still managed to sleep through it.

I like the staff--they are so honest and very reliable. I asked on how to go to TCAT, though they had a hard time speaking English, they did their best to give us directions. We successfully came on time to TCAT because of their explanation. In addition, the location is THE BEST, EXCELLENT! VERY NEAR KODEMMACHO STATION AND VERY PEACEFUL AREA. Not much tourist so you can walk around and feel the Japan vibe and weather without bumping into a crowd. Very near restaurants and konbinis too! I am not sure but the location seems like business/office center for locals hence small number of tourists around.

The rooms are small but it is so fine! I liked the room too. It is complete! It even has a small refrigerator which was great!

My room was ready early so I was allowed to check in at 9 PM, which was very nice. Room was fine, for once it didn't smell stale like almost every other hotel I've been to in Japan. Staff is nice, location is ok although you need a bit of walking to get anywhere interesting other than a Yoshinoya.

Minor pet peeves but I wish the coffee in the lobby/reception was 24/7 or at least until 7 PM or something, and I wish eating was allowed there too, it'd be more convenient.

The location was excellent for my itinerary, the room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There were some very interesting services that I couldn't use due to lack of time, such as the washing machine and coffee, but it was good to know that in case of an emergency with a dirty item of clothing, there is a solution within the hotel itself.

That was my last stop on my Japan itinerary and I wanted to stay longer. 😅 I hope to return soon someday.

Personel speaks above average English and is always friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and had a window with a nice view. There are several metro stations, lots of restaurants, a konbini and a supermarket nearby.

Cleaniless looks good on surface level, but the rooms do not get deep cleaned: when I checked the room I found an umbrella sleeve lying in a corner on the floor. At least this part of the room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, else the object would have easily been found and removed.

Awesome location for our preference.. located in a business district. perfect if you are looking for a location that is far from crowded areas and touristy things.. its very quiet and peaceful after office hours and on weekends. very accessible, located right in the middle of several subway stations.. staff is very helpful and friendly. the room and the hotel itself is always clean.

Great location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Walking distance to 3 underground stations. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely staff and changed sheets/towels whenever we wanted Microwave downstairs available for use & free coffee. They have coin washers and dryers on floors 4 and 6.

Not a negative, but be aware the dryers are smaller/home type, so it's best to dry a limited amount of clothing at one time.

I loved the location of this hotel. It isn't too far from the metro and has many convenience stores around it. It also has many restaurants around. The room was okay.

The room key is not a tap card, it was a physical key with a big wood chunk, so if you're traveling light, it could be bothersome to carry. The sink front fell as soon as I opened the door. Also, the door doesn't close itself, so be careful to close it when you leave the room.

the location is good and only a short walk to nice restaurants and also not far from Tokyo Station on foot.

As per many Tokyo hotels, the rooms are small and no room to open any suitcases. Small bed against wall isn’t the most comfortable in the world but was fine for one night.

Great value, got more than I expected. The location is amazing with both Hibiya and Asakusa line around at the end of the block and of course a family market, 7/11, and pharmacy just stone throw away.

The only downside for me was really the quality of the coin laundry machines and the laundry result. The clothes just came out full of lint and the machine itself looked like a thing of the past.
