Hotel was nice, room was spacious, great location and breakfast.

Not well suitable for wheelchair users - was not able to use shower. Room with no windows- very dry air and difficult to sleep.

Overall, the vacation experience was mavellous and thrilling. The location was directly besides the cathedral which held many events, and I even saw the president. My room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were soft and provided good sleep, the shower was convenient and nice. When I had breakfast it was was splendid and premium. Dishes were fresh every morning and desserts left a memorable impression. Staff were extremely friendly and provided me with a room earlier, which helped me unpack my things earlier and allowed me to have a wonderful Vilnius touring experience much earlier than anticipated. I did not have to wait and all of my needs were met. Conclusively, I can admit that I had a wonderful stay and will choose to come again. Staying at this hotel is a pleasant experience with such a beautiful location, premium styled-hotel and the luxury you are provided with which will make any business trip or vacation a memorable experience.

An excellent location and 100% self-service (no just in/check out, just use your pin for doors). Good and light technological solutions for managing hotels (whatsapp support. Also chatbots). Breakfast is decent, the view through the breakfast window - is a prime one, you are looking at the very heart of Vilnius, the Cathedral square.

Equipment in rooms is slowly but surely getting old. TVs are not very smart and some other equipment (e.g. shower heads, hairdryer) could be renewed to keep with today's standards. However, this doesn't discourage me from returning to this hotel again and again.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfy. The location is great. The breakfast was really good with a good view to the city center.

Self check-in system. It was said that I will receive check-in information (door code) on the day of my arrival until check in time at 15:00 but I didn't recieve any information. Luckily everything was sorted out as I called the hotels help line number. Also our neighbors in the room next to us was very loud during the night so once again I called the hotels help line and they tried to solve things out by calling our neighbors. Only a few calls later our neighbors where finally geting quiet. So sometimes it is good that there is someone in the hotel also during the night to help solve things like this faster. Otherwise it is few hours of lost sleep.

First of all location - the location is great! It was so nice to have breakfast with this wonderful view of cathedral. And also food was lovely! The automatic check in and check out system - perfect! No need to worry about room card or key etc, all information received via message a few hours prior check in time.

The were few points that I would like to mention- first of all hygiene of carpets, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned properly for a while, 2nd thing - I chose the "better" room with "city view" - however all the view we saw was roofs..

Location

Breakfast was very poor, old bread, cold meal (which supposed to be warm). I stayed there five days and it was my third stay in this hotel. The last one was two years ago and everything was fine. This time it was awful. At the time I was eating my breakfast hotel stuff cleaned the floor etc. In five days nobody cleaned my room. The air conditioning wasn’t good also, and that was very important, because weather temperature was -20, and for me +20 in the room is too cold. So my stay this time was very unpleasant and disappointing. That was the last stay here, I guess. P.S. Shower cabinet was also broken!

The hotel has an impossibly good location, right in front of the Cathedral. Cafés, restaurants and all other facilities within a 5-minute walk. The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed.

The self-check-in and automatic check-out were slightly weird and gave the impression of a self-service apartment hotel rather than a “proper” hotel, but to be fair, staff were available in case of any questions. The breakfast was OK, nothing very special to be honest. Just another international hotel buffet. Wi-Fi was almost always unreliable, with the connection regularly dropping in and out, and often too unstable for FaceTime to my wife back home.

Hello, It’s a pleasure to share my experience at this hotel. First, I’d like to rate the breakfast as good. There’s a wide variety of food options and high-quality coffee. However, I felt there could be a bit more variety in the drinks. Finally, I want to highlight the location. It’s the best part of staying here, making it perfect for enjoying evenings out. Major sightseeing spots are conveniently close by.

The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the room size, which felt a bit cramped. A little extra space would have made the experience much more comfortable.

Location right on the main square makes sightseeing easy. (Next door to the top rated Kempinsky) Large Room with fridge and kettle Excellent breakfast with smoked salmon and herring; good pastries too.

They try too hard to be automated with codes sent to you in advance for door entry and room code (there is no physical key) . Perhaps just as well because the "receptionist" was perhaps the most unfriendly and unhelpful, we have ever met, even in lower rated places. Had to wait standing while she completed phone calls (not just one) - no eye contact - ignored. Then she announced promised car parking was closed. Other options then? " Just try the street" and back to the phone. And the closed car park - unannounced in their mails- was annoying as Vilnius has a major parking problem! Many street places can only be used with a phone app, which is only in Lithuanian! We found a machine taking cards in the end.

Location is excellent, it's in the very center of Vilnius Oldtown, everything in within minutes reach. Breakfast was solid with variety of item to choose from, you can enjoy the fantastic view while having breakfast as you will see the main city square. Rooms - well, as this was not my first stay at Amberton, I saw that rooms vary in size and what they offer, sometimes even when you book the same type of room; all rooms offer basics - bed, bathroom and TV. The best part - it's no contact hotel, you just receive pin code and no other contact with staff is required. There is info desk, rather good call/chat customer service.

What I noticed that probably you need to be explicit with what you need in your room (for example, I went this time for work/leisure and needed some desk/chair in my room, my initial room didn't have it but it the room was changed upon my request and all situation resolved quickly.
