Hotel was nice, room was spacious, great location and breakfast.

Not well suitable for wheelchair users - was not able to use shower. Room with no windows- very dry air and difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel is an excellent compromise, across the street from the cathedral basilica, close to the old town and to Gedimino prospektas. The hotel itself is highly functional, comfortable, and provides timely information before and during the stay. Staff in the breakfast room is friendly and the info desk is very efficient. There are a few parking slots underground, not cheap but really convenient and worth reserving in advance, as parking space in the streets is very scarce in that part of the city.

Nothing in particular. A few staff members could be a bit warmer, but that is a widepsread feature in capital cities.

The location is absolutely excellent – right in the heart of Vilnius city centre, just next to the Old Town, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Quiet room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept very well. The on-site restaurant was lovely (except prices), and the breakfast was very decent with a good variety to choose from. One unique feature we really enjoyed was the parking. We had booked a parking spot, and it was accessed via an elevator that takes your car down into the basement – a fun little adventure, especially for the kids who loved it! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Wi-Fi 👎 Although the signal was decent, the internet speed was extremely slow and practically unusable. The TV 👎 The TV in the room was very outdated. There were no English channels working, "no signal", no smart features, and no way to share or stream your own content. Even connecting an Amazon Fire Stick wasn’t possible.

Breakfast area/restaurant has fantastic view over Cathedral Square, especially dramatic at night. Make sure to book though, especially if several of you. My husband cldnt walk far, but we found a great Indian restaurant close by. Otherwise we would hv been stuck for food.

Paying is a real faff, and getting in with various pin codes. Other reviews complain about that too. At night there's only security, but they were extremely helpful. And if you telephone their help number help, they run you through it. I was using the wrong code for the wrong room... Once you get used to the system (think HQ is in Denmark, but not sure) it's a wonderful place to stay. Make sure you know what room you're getting, we had one overlooking the Cathedral, the other with a view onto the internal lift - both roughly for the same price. Slightly gutting. But we would come again, and again

Walking distance to all amenities. Great staff as well. Food was superb.

What I liked the most was the staff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful communication left a great impression, both at the hotel information desk and in the breakfast and restaurant area. During my stay, I was working and had a few questions and requests for the staff; they always responded promptly and looked for ways to help. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and I noticed that the food was quickly replenished even when the dining area was full. The hotel also has an excellent location, which made everything even more convenient. I will definitely recommend this place and will be sure to come back when visiting Vilnius.

Overall, the vacation experience was mavellous and thrilling. The location was directly besides the cathedral which held many events, and I even saw the president. My room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were soft and provided good sleep, the shower was convenient and nice. When I had breakfast it was was splendid and premium. Dishes were fresh every morning and desserts left a memorable impression. Staff were extremely friendly and provided me with a room earlier, which helped me unpack my things earlier and allowed me to have a wonderful Vilnius touring experience much earlier than anticipated. I did not have to wait and all of my needs were met. Conclusively, I can admit that I had a wonderful stay and will choose to come again. Staying at this hotel is a pleasant experience with such a beautiful location, premium styled-hotel and the luxury you are provided with which will make any business trip or vacation a memorable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased! Cozy rooms, cleanliness, and comfort — everything was top-notch. I especially want to thank Marina — an incredibly responsive and kind person. She helped me with check-in, quickly organized everything, and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to her attention and support, I felt right at home. It's clear that Marina truly enjoys her work and genuinely cares about the guests. Huge thanks! I will definitely come back again!

An excellent location and 100% self-service (no just in/check out, just use your pin for doors). Good and light technological solutions for managing hotels (whatsapp support. Also chatbots). Breakfast is decent, the view through the breakfast window - is a prime one, you are looking at the very heart of Vilnius, the Cathedral square.

Equipment in rooms is slowly but surely getting old. TVs are not very smart and some other equipment (e.g. shower heads, hairdryer) could be renewed to keep with today's standards. However, this doesn't discourage me from returning to this hotel again and again.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfy. The location is great. The breakfast was really good with a good view to the city center.

Self check-in system. It was said that I will receive check-in information (door code) on the day of my arrival until check in time at 15:00 but I didn't recieve any information. Luckily everything was sorted out as I called the hotels help line number. Also our neighbors in the room next to us was very loud during the night so once again I called the hotels help line and they tried to solve things out by calling our neighbors. Only a few calls later our neighbors where finally geting quiet. So sometimes it is good that there is someone in the hotel also during the night to help solve things like this faster. Otherwise it is few hours of lost sleep.
