Accommodating staff, nice suites overall, great pool area

Many things are missing in the suites in order to be 100% functional. -Notepad + pen (every hotel has it, why not you??) -Clothes rack. What’s the point of having a washing machine if there’s nowhere to hangout the clothes to dry…? -Paper towels in the kitchen -Sponge + dishwasher soap + laundry detergent -Incomplete cutlery (no knives) -No hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels + no normal outlets for hairdryer/straightener + AC a bit noisy. Not possible to sleep with it on.

I really like the size of the rooms and that they have a kitchen and laundry machine. The pool on the roof is great to catch some sunshine in the mornings and evenings.

My first room smelled of mold. They moved me, but it took some work. The kitchen could have more utensils and pans.

The location is amazing , the staff were professional, I would to thank Karama she was perfect also Ismael for being such a gentleman specially dealing with my kid , I booked three suite's for three nights and extended my stay for 1 more night, I would definitely make this my stay for upcoming visits to Qatar , special thanks to Kristina who was very helpful and understood my situation.

Some of the reception staff were not welcoming and did not even smile, but still one female Karama was nice and one male also ,

Facilities were top notch, clean. Staff quite helpful, especially Ousamma at Reception and Juma. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable ☺️

The apartments had plates n cups but nothing to actually cook with. Hopefully the hotel can look into this. As one doesn't want to have to buy pots and pans on holiday.

Loved the suite I was in. We even extended our stay purely coz of the room. I was initially booked at the pearl for a later date. But i loved the hotel and the room. Decided to extend our stay. Radesh checked us in and he was such a gentleman and showed love and care to my two year old daughter so much that she looked forward to meeting him during his nightshift. PLEASE GIVE HIM A PAYRISE as he deserves it. He always made us feel welcomed when we came into the hotel after a day’s worth of touring. Location is great. Has a petrol station/supermarket opposite the hotel which is open 24/7. Came in handy as we were travelling with a toddler.

When it came to extending my stay I called the front desk and spoke to Christie who was not helpful at all. I then went downstairs to make payment and in a matter of minutes the price went up. Which i felt was a way of drumming up more profit/business. I was then speaking with Oussama, who I assume he was the manager. He was extremely rude and had me waiting there for a while and then started dealing with another customer. I was then told to make another reservation via booking.com. Im was shocked at his customer service. Extremely disappointed at his manners too. Why would you tell someone to go online when I am at the hotel front desk dealing with the hotel DIRECTLY. I was forced to reserve a more expensive room too. Which was totally unfair as I was happy with the room I was in.

The staff were wonderful, the reception staff and Azeez the Concierge was really helpful. The house keeping staff were also really great and helpful too. The hotel is really well placed for both tourists and business.

I think the breakfast is too crowded, maybe they need to split out in to more rooms to service breakfast and offer more variety. I think the rooms need a little updating because wear and tear is starting to show or the woodwork and floors just need a good clean.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Honestly cannot complain at all. Ideal for a family. Hassan at the front desk was courteous.

The breakfast was very basic and you felt like you were being rushed out of the breakfast room without courtesy once the breakfast time at 10:30am was almost done. Also the staff were not responsive. You make a request from housekeeping or front desk and it takes either a very long time for your request to be honored or they do not show up at all. Also there is no flexibility, as we arrived early with a sleeping child and were asked to pay for early check in, even though the room was already available. I doubt it was the Receptionists fault as he may have just been following hotel policy; as otherwise, the receptionist was quite helpful.

Amazing spacious room, clean and nice. Pool area and gym super nice. Breakfast was good. Check in/out very easy and staff friendly.

There was supposed to be dinner where breakfast was served but it seemed to be closed. Then we went to lobby which had another smaller restaurant/cafe. This was probably to worst service experience we’ve had. They didnt have anything we asked, waitress couldnt get (or understand?) our orders so cook had to come ask them. We were brought wrong drinks and still in the end tried to make us pay for our original orders. Pizzas were good and cook was friendly, points to him. Eventhough the room was luxury, it did seem to miss some details. For example there was only one pair of slippers, dishes were not enough to cook actual meals etc.

Anas from the breakfast crew Amazing service. He was very kind and cooperative. Also Sugeevan and the girl - I believe her name was Nelly if I wasn’t wrong - form the housekeeping, they made a good service cleaning our room and preparing it. Overall, An excellent hotel with a good service, good location, clean rooms and alleys and an amazing price for the services. Of course I recommend the hotel for people who are looking for a good hotel in Doha

The price for such spacious suite with half board was incredible. The view was amazing. Very kid friendly and comfortable. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Did early check in for us by 11am as we had kids. Super accommodating.
