We loved the views! The staff members were friendly and helpful and the ambience was just wonderful. I also liked the wireless charging station provided in the room.

Sometimes music seemed to be playing outside all night on the speakers, thankfully it was classical music and not too loud but ensuring speakers are off at night would be helpful.

Every detail was well tought. From design, to decor, soaps , creams , towels, to attitude of the staff we interacted with ( Alex, Andre, Mikaela, Miquela) and of other we did not interact with but did their job superbly. We stayed 3 nights, would have loved to stay 3 more, but hotel was fully booked and I booked without much antelation. It is not a 3 star hotel, as stated. Best hotel I have ever been , would give it 5 stars , because it is located far away it is stated as 3, but is a fine hotel . 5 stars to me !! Ahh we ate at other restaurants in Mürren and Gimmelwald. The hotel restaurant is better and offers better value and dinning experience for a couple. Just make sure to make a reservation for the restaurant !!

Everything was fine, nothing I did not like or dislike. We traveled just my wife and I ( in our mid 50´s) . A very cozy and romantic place, most probably I would not go with small children. Such a nice and quiet place.

My family and I loved everything about Hotel Drei Berge. Between the great decor, perfect setting and absolutely amazing staff. Alex (the best host) was there all the time and had the most genuine kindness. We really can see how much the team liked working with each other (lots of laughing and smiles). The food at the restaurant was also excellent (breakfast and dinner there both days for us). The staff again were so kind and thoughtful. We were in room 8 (triple room) which had a view, balcony and great decor. There were so many details between the cute shampoo, conditioner, body wash to the little Bose sound machine and iPhone/Apple watch charger. This place thought of everything. We have been traveling for two weeks and this has been the BEST hotel that we have stayed at (I am currently in Zermatt). Thank you so much Hotel Drei Berge family/team. We had the most excellent time there.

We loved everything.

Murren is essentially a village on a cliff, making it somewhat remote. Drei Berge’s accommodations were incredibly comfortable and very thoughtful. The staff were wonderful. We really dug the 60s and 70s mountain retro decor, too: it was worthy of a Bond movie. Enjoyed the room, the cocktails, and the lobby music playlist was amazing. The bed mattress was probably the best we had in Switzerland. We really got into Drei Berge! Would have bought the pennants, we loved it so much. Would definitely come back at any time of year!

We would have liked a couple kinds of sleeping pillows to choose from. Everything starts with a good nights sleep, and everyone likes different kinds of pillows. Also, would appreciate more coffee options. Even just a Nespresso in the lobby would have been great. Sometimes adventures start earlier than markets or coffee shops in the neighborhood.

Murrin is a very special place, and this is a special hotel with excellent food (get the breakfast) and service designed to help you relax. Having the sauna available after hiking was a nice treat, and the views from the terrace are just stunning. Very good to have a balcony as well. Note that the rooms are small and rustic, though updated and attractive. But one is here to be outdoors! We shall return and highly recommend this to others.

Minor issue: cannot lock the room door from the inside without a key, had a few people wander into our room seeking a route outside. Clearer signage would help.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is decorated really well and feels very cozy. We were traveling with our baby and they provided a cute crib and plenty of towels. The breakfast was great and we particularly enjoyed having a leisurely coffee out on the terrace. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the mountains. The restaurant was also very enjoyable for dinner.

I know it’s probably not common to have screens on the windows but that was my one complaint. It was a bit warm in the room at night and when we opened the window for air flys came in.

I expected this hotel to be chic and luxurious (it was both) but I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. The service was top-notch and yet warm and relaxed as well - the staff here is truly remarkable. The restaurant in the hotel was also a pleasant surprise - the food was delicious and the menu's selection was exactly what we wanted. I absolutely loved this hotel for a summer visit and I can't wait to go back in winter.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was excellent - very close to the cable car to the Schilthorn; the staff was very friendly and accommodating; the room was large, with comfortable beds and a very modern bathroom. The included breakfast was fabulous - lots of variety, and plenty to eat. We were able to check in early, and leave our luggage in storage for a full day in the area on the day we checked out. There wasn't a request we had that the staff couldn't fulfill. We really enjoyed our stay at the Drei Berge. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Murren.

There wasn't anything I didn't like - it was all good.

This hotel is great location for hikers, our room was large and very clean, with majestic snow capped mountain views, the friendly staff members are helpful and provide excellent service, high quality breakfast had plenty of choices for the guests. We stayed in this hotel 5 nights, did four days of hiking and one day of village hopping with cable cars and mountain railway trains. We loved Murren and highly recommended this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is a gem offering a curated experience, with electic furniture, delicious food, great readings and music and an attentive and warm staff (shoutout in particular to Rida and Amel!). The hotel is also dog friendly and in a perfect location with stunning views - and a terrace to admire it. We will be back for sure.
