This hotel is brand new with excellent facilities . The rooms are immaculate and very modern and spacious! The staff are exceptional and provide great service and were very friendly and warm. We did an overnight Halong Bay cruise and came back for our second visit and were treated very special by all the staff. They even gave us an upgraded room as return customers. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel as it’s definitely 5 star with all the best amenities. Fantastic pool and restaurant as well❤️

Views were good, specially the pool and restaurant.

Downside was that the rooms weren’t big enough. Also I didn’t understand why the bathroom was transparent. I stayed in the room with my sister, so everytime someone had to shower or use the toilet, we had to ensure that the other faced the wall.

all around amazing stay! the staff is incredible room is so clean and comfortable! the pool area is perfect and the breakfast is great. the gym is perfect for whatever you may need and awesome bar. highly recommend this hotel it’s truly such a gem and made our stay in han oi even better :)

I had looked at quite a few hotels before booking this one. It was wonderful. Staff were really attentive, it was clean and smelt wonderful. When we checked in we were met with welcome drinks and cool towels Breakfast was varied with lots of options. The issues with the taxi on arrival were more than made up for by having the most luxurious and comfortable transfer back to the airport. We booked a trip to Halong bay and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back to collect, they treated us as if we were checking in, even though we had just come to collect our luggae and offered us somewhere to shower and wait. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them. They had advice about where to visit and advised me to download an app for getting around town which was really easy to use

We had booked a taxi via the hotel to meet us at the airport. The driver spent about 20 mins insisting our luggage wouldnt fit, and then when I said he should give it a go, it did fit, but could have done without the wait after 2 flights totalling more than 12 hours

Great location, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out, clean rooms and bathrooms. Great airconditioning. Reno bar downstairs was very cool and made delicious cocktails. Loved the farewell gift as well!

Compared to La Siesta (2 doors down, stayed at preciously) rooms are on the smaller side and breakfast buffet was average. Restaurant menu and room service has no vietnamese food, so we didn't eat there. Rooftop pool was poorly maintained. Unclean tiles, water too warm and pool was so heavily chlorinated, it was not pleasant to swim. Also there is an incredible view of the city from the pool, but the glass is always dirty, therefore ruining the view.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. They were able to help us with everything we needed and they even brought me a cake and sang happy birthday to me. The pool bar, was a fantastic place to relax between exploring the city. The cocktail bar was a fun place to go if you had a free evening. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bath was huge and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and provided an array of options for everyone. There wasn’t too many vegetarian options in the restaurant or room service and the drinks in the bars were on the pricier side compared to other locations in Hanoi but not ridiculously so. The location of the hotel was fantastic and was walking distance to many main attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend booking accommodation at CLASSYC Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with a refreshing complimentary drink and snacks. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is brand new, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and modern — all in a fantastic location. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring the best Vietnamese coffee we’ve ever had. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and genuinely helpful — always ready to assist with anything we needed, from booking rides and transfers to offering local tips. They truly went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We’d especially like to commend Sunny for her outstanding support throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by offering great recommendations, booking a water puppet show for us, and even providing detailed advice for our next destination, Hoi An. Her exceptional service made a big difference in our experience. The rooftop pool is a highlight — offering breathtaking views of the city and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. To top it all off, we were given a lovely souvenir upon departure — such a thoughtful touch. Without a doubt, this has been the best hotel experience we’ve had in Vietnam. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

Honestly, there was nothing to fault, we loved every part of our stay.

Friendly staff; they went above and beyond. Nice, modern hotel, well located in the old quarter. Rooms a on the small side, so if you can opt for a nice junior suite, please do so.. Good breakfast and for those who wish to dine in the hotel, please do as it is very tasty. Massages: yes! Excellent massages and treatments given by very competent staff.

The poolbar was fun, but the pool itself was a bit on the small side. Some small tips: lower the music level so that people can talk to each other and a quicker bar service (and maybe a larger choice of cocktails) would be much appreciated.

We stayed at Classyc Hotel for five days, and everything was absolutely impeccable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, always attentive to guests' needs. Our room was perfect—stylishly furnished, with an ultra-comfortable bed and pillows, a spacious bathroom, and everything was always spotless. Although we had chosen a room with an internal balcony and were initially concerned it might have drawbacks, the lighting and ventilation were excellent, and we never felt uncomfortable. The hotel’s restaurant is elegant and serves excellent food, offering both Western and local dishes. The dining staff was always wonderful. We only visited the basement bar once, but the margarita we had was delicious! The bar, like the rest of the hotel, is decorated in a unique and sophisticated style. In short, a perfect stay! We would 100% return and highly recommend it to everyone!

Brand new 5 star hotel. Staff very friendly, facilities all beautiful. Rooms comfortable and very clean, also quiet. Day spa really nice with good massages. Buffet really nice, lots of options. Roof top pool and bar with a city view. On the edge of old town, right amongst everything you need.
