Great location. Nice outdoor bar. Really good entertainment. Comfortable place.

Did not like having a daily charge for parking for hotel guests at checkout. This is not an urban city where parking is limited so this was not necessary. Didn't used to be charged for this at this location. Also the maid left dirty coffee cups and didn't empty ice bucket or replenish anything.

The hotel was very beautiful, very clean and the rooms very comfortable. Also the staff super nice and friendly. Every evening there was life music in the bar/pool area, great ambience. Food was very good.

I have the impression that it is a new facility and there were some things missing. Like trash cans in the common areas like the lobby, the pool, the gardens, outside the elevator area, etc. Also, the bathroom trash can had no lid and it is very uncomfortable to be seeing the rests of used toilet paper in the garbage all exposed. But the place is beautiful, no issues, only some little details that could be improved.

The staff was so accomodating and went above and beyond in helping me make my wife's 30th birthday stay perfect and splendid. We really appreciate the level of service both at the front desk and in cleaning the rooms and keeping the common areas clean and fun. Kiley was particularly helpful and kind.

Literally the only thing I even deign to mention is that there is a slight problem with the doors on most rooms: they do not close properly on their own. The handle will not turn from the outside unless you use your key card and we frequently noticed that we or the cleaning staff had not fully closed the door.

Location and staff were very nice. Restaurant/bar, pool, marina, games all on premise.

$30 resort fee $15 to park your car! Heavy, fancy glass slider for main door to bathroom but old, low toilet.

Friendly reception. We had a nice stay as a family. The hotel is centrally located on the Keys and is close to the main road. You can use a small swimming pool at the marina and there is a restaurant (haven't been there). The room was spacious and neat.

There wasn't much to dislike. The small swimming pool next to the hotel was a bit dingy (but the one near the harbor was fine). And parking isn't free. You have to pay 20 dollars per day.

We were welcomed with a complimentary arrival cocktail and the members of staff we spoke to at the reception desk were polite and friendly. Our room was clean, modern and spacious and had a great view of the sea. The fitness centre was basic but nice to have and the free bike hire was also very handy for getting to nearby restaurants, the Turtle Hospital and Sombrero Beach. There were a lot of great bars and restaurants close by and this was a great base for exploring the rest of the Keys.

We had a few issues for the first couple of days – no hot water in the room and a very poor wifi signal. We were adequately compensated by the hotel though and the hot water was soon working again. We were offered a room switch but we didn't want to give up the great view and like I said, the problem was soon fixed so no big deal.

Really nice hotel, very well maintained and Smells wonderful. Games for the family around like bean bag toss, a huge chess game, hammocks and plenty of seating. Sadly didn't took lots of pics. But rooms were very nice, they have water,wines and a few snacks that if are consumed they will be charged to room. Wonderful place, family loved it.

Would it been so nice if breakfast was included.

We loved Faro Blanco. Our room was bright and clean, with fresh linens and new, clean carpet. We enjoyed the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. We used the work-out room (elliptical, treadmill, weights) a few times. The resort has a big back yard with a volleyball net, ping pong table, and giant chess board. There are two nice pools and an outdoor bar. Plus you can walk along the marina behind the hotel and see the boats. The parking lot had plenty of space, and the whole area felt very safe and well-located. What a great time!

A Kuerig machine in the room, instead of a simple coffee pot, would have made this even better. Also, we didn't appreciate the extra "hidden fees" like the extra charge for parking and cleaning fee. The price appears more competitive than it really is once you include all the extra fees.

Well kept, clean, perfect venue and ocean view!

At first, it seem everything was working fine until i went to the room! I notice the room I paid for was not the one they gave me. I called the desk and ask for reimbursement to keep the room, however, they opted that option and rather upgrade to a super suite so I was happy with the decision made of the front desk! Shows excellent customer service!
