The staff that checked me in knew we had a wedding to get ready for and checked me in very quickly. The staff at night was very courteous and friendly, and was clearly one step ahead of us. After a wedding on 8/9/2025, my siblings and I came down to the lobby to hang out a little longer. Heather, Jennifer and Taylor were so kind and helpful. They brought over a pitcher of water and cups, helped us find a local pizzeria that would doordash, and brought out plates and napkins before it even got here. They were very polite and were nothing but gracious and kind, especially to my slightly chatty (tipped back a few) husband! We even got a few bagels to go since I was a little unsure who might make it to breakfast in the morning. We would definitely come back!

The beds were a little uncomfortable. Too firm?

The staff (from the receptionist, cleaning lady, the lady that prepared the breakfast and of course managers) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, the food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. We loved our stay very very much!

We went up during Easter weekend to see family in the area. Breakfast was hot and ready everything was great. coffee was ok. Staff was really kindhearted and helpful. easy to get around. Area has a lot of places to go.

Room smelled funny. that is my only complaint. not sure why tho. We didn't say anything to the staff.

The most comfortable room of our trip. Great bed, great shower. Spacious, friendly- right across from Wegmans. What more could you want?

The air handler made a thumping noise in the morning that woke us up. Otherwise everything was great.

The room is clean. The beds and pillows are soft. I like the refrigerator for my granddaughters juice. My granddaughter and have now stayed twice. She loves the pool and hot tub as well as the breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our little getaway together. Thank you ❤️

Every thing, check out time was great! We were able to eat breakfast and then enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit before checking out.

We asked for an early check in as we were attending a wedding at 330. I was told to call the day of. I called at 8 am and was told 10 am. We arrived at 1230 and had to wait another hour. What was the sense of being told to call the day of. Are names not assigned when you call?

The Inn had a busy weekend with many local activities going on in the area. So we had to deal with teenage kids ranging from middle school and high school, who were loud and disruptive....

Amber, at check in was professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel in a very long time! The room was so clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our short stay!

It was very clean. This was our second time here. The last time we left our headphones in the room. When we came this time, I asked about them and they had them in the lost and found. I was so happy and grateful that they had them.

Location was perfect! (Close to SUNY Brockport) Breakfast was great (no sausage or home fries/hash browns, but everything else was good). Pool was small, which I appreciated, but some people may prefer a bigger pool. There were ladies/mens rooms at the pool, which was great!

Pool towels were way too small. Price was a bit high.
