The hardest working staff in North Charleston. Amber is so helpful! Zariah (Nariah) went above abd beyond helping me with a booking situation. What is amazes me is that all of the front desk staff not only work the front desk but handle the upkeep of the hotel. They do alot but they get the job done.

There was no breakfast. While the room was clean but the overall condition was in need of repair. It was just surface clean. A lot of the common was dirty and unkept. Overall I was able to sleep comfortably, so it served its purpose however I would not want to make this my go-to place.

The first room I had wasn't that good bathroom tub keep dripping one of the lights didn't work and they had little creatures we had to buy raid but the second room was better I wish I had that one first but it wasn't bad I would go back

The suite was comfortable even though I did not stay a full night. I just needed it for a couple hours until i was ready to board my flight back to New York

The only thing i did not like, in front of the refrigerator was a bit messy. A lot of white powdery dust was sitting in front of the refrigerator on the floor like that area was not swept.

It's the staff for me! I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff worked so hard especially the front desk staff! I pray they all get raises!

The outside property and lobby was clean ,excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient locations, and a welcoming atmosphere.

It’s nothing I don’t like about the hotel. I stay here weekly.

The staff was awesome! Ms Christina made sure that every thing was correct and she made me feel welcomed. I would recommend any and everyone to go stay at this particular hotel. Great customer service and very clean.

The staff was amazing!! Amber and Terri were so very helpful! I can't say enough good things about the staff!

It is a bit run down and extended stay so there was a lot of cooking at the same time, so smells were strong.
