The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. We were comfortable, warm and safe. We had access to Netflix and watched some really bad movies. Great girl's weekend away. The touch of the little gift bag was also really lovely.

Access to the balcony, it was either not available or really stuck. We did not want to break anything so did not push it. But this could be a pretty big fire safety issue if the doors are broken/stuck. Other than that there are no issues what so ever.

Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom upstairs. Very clean. Couch was comfortable too and the holland blinds actually keep the sun out! Great location for easy walk to things in town if you don't have transport. Kitchen/living area is small but comfortable and does have cooking facilities (although limited).

It is slightly noisy but that was to be expected considering the location. Parking would be difficult with a large car - very squishy! I would not recommend for a long term stay if you require full cooking facilities but you can definitely self cater with what is provided.

Great value for money, and very comfortable for a short stay. The apartment is on two levels, and there are toilets on both. Better than regular motels as there is a full-size fridge and basic cooking facilities (portable stove).

While the location is central and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, it is located on a main road which can get a little loud. For travellers looking for a quiet stay away from traffic noise it might not he the best option.

Great communicator, clean. I loved my bed, soft bedding comfy mattress. Very close to restaurants and bars. Next to main road but i honestly didn't notice it and I was in bed next to main road.

There are steps to unit we stayed at, probably 13, i guess, if your not great on steps ask for another room. Plus, it's a big step up to get into shower which is spa bath. I didn't have a problem but again if you have issues with your legs be aware.

Super cozy apartment perfect for 3-4 adults (Large bed upstairs in the room and 1 sofa bed down stairs) or parents with kids travelling. Facilities were clean, nice and quiet at night. Loved that there were extra pillows and blankets for us to use

I think the parking is super super tight, I would suggest maybe to enter from a small alley way on Raglan Parade just past waves motel, and then front bumper park. Not trailer friendly - if you have one maybe consider parking elsewhere but there is plenty of free parking around.

Bathroom was nice and roomy. 2 toilets was very handy. Upstairs bedroom is a nice size & light/cheerful. Laundry facilities available. Angela was helpful and approachable.

Stairs were steep & circular at top making it a little unsafe . Only 1 cutting knife in kitchen drawer which was very blunt. Couldn't cut fruit! Downstairs where small kichen, extra toilet & lounge were situated was small, dark & a little dungeon-like. Though appartment was situated away from a main road, hearing the town's HOONS roaring down the road for extended periods on both Fri & Sat night was annoying . Where were the police? Surely they know this happens on those nights!!

The staff from Apartments 521 were so helpful. It was the best feeling being to be able to contact them via phone and they answered every single time. Well done. Our apartment was perfect and we had all the facilities we required. Location is in the main street and close to everything. Thank you so much. We travelled from Melbourne for competition and my partner and I throughly enjoyed the service we received and every aspect of the apartment.

Not your fault at all. There is a cricket in apartment 1A. Annoying thing woke me up at 5am. I have a video of the crickets sounds. I wanted to squash it but could find it lol. A little humour for you when you read your reviews. Please don’t publish this.

The apartment was clean, sufficient wifi signal. Check in and check out without problems. Free parking in the private parking lot right next to the apartment.

We were three adults staying here and it was very tight. Sleeping on the ground floor was not comfortable. The apartment is next to the main road and there is heavy traffic and bustle. It is advisable to use the accommodation only to sleep for one night and continue the journey.

Convenient location to different food places, very spacious and two levels, spacious bathroom with spa upstairs, next to bedroom, small balcony with chairs, comfy bed, all linen and toiletries provided, kitchenette with big fridge and microwave, extra fold out bed for a third person, 2nd toilet, lounge, 2nd TV and small table and chairs for 2 next to entrance downstairs in kitchen area. Laundry facilities very close and easy to use.

Busy street, very noisy during busy times but reasonably quiet at night, units around the back, away from road, tight parking spots, not enough parking for all the units but more parking along main road, easy to drive in and out of property, balcony facing the carpark and other units but away from busy street.
