Easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Very tidy and modern. There was the road noise from below, being located on the main road. Oliver was excellent and it certainly made me consider choosing this property for all our Canberra stays. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and we had 3 rooms altogether. I would stay there again. Table in one of the bedrooms could do with a proper clean but other than that, very clean and comfortable.

The location, very busy roadside and we could hear the traffic. Pillows were pretty terrible. Other than that, these were the only negatives.

The property is very new so all the amenities and furniture were in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, with an extra blanket provided. Good bedside lamps. Bathroom well laid out with a lovely waterfall shower. Good pump packs for soap and shampoo. Could have used another hook or two to hang up washers and towels, and we were only provided with one hand towel and one washer (travelling as a couple, would have preferred two). In the kitchen, the amenities were all very good - plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Excellent use of space and a good sized fridge. Had a washing machine/dryer although we didn’t use. Dining table a bit small. Otherwise very comfortable and close to what we needed.

Only two small issues - room/hotel ventilation (not the aircon, the ventilation) was very noisy and we had to remove the key from the power slot to get it to turn off so we could sleep. Parking is available and is an extra cost - this was probably to be expected (the cost) but should have been mentioned at check in.

Punthill Tuggeranong was conveniently located opposite the shopping centre and near a large lake with parklands around it. The apartments were quiet, clean, pleasant and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen to one side. Secure parking was available at extra cost below the hotel (daily on-street parking was charged at a similar rate).

I would have liked to have had two chairs so that my husband and I could eat together at the table. As the room is currently configured, there is just one chair at a desk/table and a sofa with a very small side table.

Our experience was wonderful. This Motel has everything you about possibly I’ve needed even a pair of scissors in the drawer. The cleanliness was spot on. I can’t wait to stay again. The bed was comfortable. The choice of pillows was amazing. Touch the bathroom spacious and spotless no mould anywhere. Can’t wait to come again. Have recommended it to other family and friends already and they’re making bookings. straight across the road from the shops was fabulous parking secure and easy.

I had a wonderful stay at The Punthill Apartments in Tuggeranong, Canberra. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was fantastic. The reception staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, always with a smile. The apartment itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, small fridge, and all the necessary plates, cutlery, and pots. It was so convenient with food options just a 2-minute walk away. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Property was new, the lifts were quick and the (most) of the layout of the room was good. Very handy having a kitchenette and washing machine and the bed was comfortable. Oliver, who I dealt with a couple of times, was helpful and professional. Gym was basic but reasonably appointed for a small one.

The washing machine cabinet doors blocked the washing machine door from opening. You had to open the front door to the room to open the cabinet doors fully so the washing machine could open.

Great location for Tuggeranong - Close to the lake, shops, dining and 24hr fast food. Spacious apartments, in new facility, with new furnishings and appliances. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Firm beds, that were slightly uncomfortable after a few nights stay. Slightly intrusive noise from elevators, if room located within close proximity. Not the ideal location, if you want to stay close to the centre of Canberra.

There was no breakfast but with shops across the road I bought my own. The woman on reception was lovely and welcomed me. We had a lovely conversation and she was extremely helpful in telling me what I needed to know. Well presented and comfortable rooms, easy access to the lake walking area and shops. Friendly staff

It took me a little while to work out how to find the Live TV so I could watch the cricket so perhaps for those of us who are not so “tech savvy” a few instructions on the TV could be helpful.

Location was fabulous, across the road from a shopping centre and numerous restaurants, close to other planned activities.

Bed was very hard. Bathroom was a wheelchair accessible room that was very large however lacked a shower screen this made showering messy, lack of a good sized vanity unit caused issues with locating toiletries.

We enjoyed our one night stay and the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the dual room setup travelling with our teenage son. We didn't need to share and he could have his own privacy and we had peace of mind to check on him anytime with the door easily accessible, just like a 2nd bedroom. Very handy to have restaurants walking distance to enjoy when we arrived. Just perfect and thank you.
