Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. Very disappointed that pool/hot tub was closed even though it was advertised it would be open the day we arrived. This is why we chose this hotel.

Luv the breakfast and kickback dinner,,,staff was great,,very helpful,,was an situation on my reservation on living room suite,,they had something better for me right when I got there and what a blessing they were to us,,,we stayed 6 days,,my goal was to go to 4 of the beaches,Folly,Isle of Palms,,Sullivan,and Kiawah,,Downtown Charleston,,and Charleston tea garden,and Angel Oak,,and all 20min to 40min near hotel,,I absolutely luv this area of South Carolina,,u can do all of this in 6 days,,This vacation was the best ever,,Drury Inn made it happen for us,,,will be back soon,😊

We love everything about Drury. This location was spot on, next to so many things to do, places to eat, ect. The beds were super comfy, nice never ending hot water and great water pressure. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast and 5:30 kickback were great.

The only complaint we would have is they served the same kickback meal within the weekend. Friday was tacos Saturday, BBQ sliders, then right back to tacos Sunday. Would be nice to have 3 different options for the weekend. Maybe do tacos, sliders, then Alfredo for the weekend instead of the same one twice in a weekend. We chose Drury and pay a little extra than most hotels just for the extra little meal we get at dinner time so it would be nice to have meals spread out in different order than to have the same one twice in a 3 day period.

Everything!! The staff was friendly and nice ,they had multiple elevators, clean everything, great breakfast spread(biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, bagels,toast,muffins,4 types od cereal, yogurt, waffles, Pancakes, 3 types of juice, coffee with creamer options), free popcorn & soda 2hrs every night you stay, 3 free ADULT drinks every night you stay, restaurant/bar in hotel, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, great TV channels, &nice pool set up. The location is perfect as well. In a 3 mile radius is the tanger outlets, 10+ restaurants/bars, 3+gas stations, Walmart & more.

That I had to leave & come back home! It was an excellent stay in every way possible!

If I could rate our overall stay and experiences at the Drury Plaza Hotel North Charleston higher than a '10', we would!! From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the front desk staff with a warm and welcoming smile. Our room was perfect - bed extremely comfortable. The hot breakfast was wonderful and checkout was effortless. Thanks to the staff for everything - our stay here was memorable. We'll definitely be back!

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. The only suggestion I have is that an ATM would be a nice addition rather than having to go to a bank or a convenience store.

The facilities and staff were excellent. The breakfast was great with many options. The Happy Hour was nice, with a great drink selection. The popcorn, tea, and coffee in the lobby were great. There is also free soda as well. It was nice to have those options on a rainy day.

The pillows were so soft, that you had to bunch them together to get any type of support, but this was small compared to all the great options this hotel provides.

I didn't want to unfairly lower my rating because of the breakfast. Though we look for breakfast included options with our hotel searches, the breakfast offering though typical did not satisfy myself or my wife. It's almost like generic now, the delivery model, self serve convenience. Hey it's hot and included and it works, just not flavorful or satisfying really. We loved the late night bar/meal options in the supersized flex area lounge. I might would almost prefer a breakfast menu option which may already be offered in room. We enjoyed the Drury Hotel experience and would do it again.

I can’t say enough good things about our visit at this hotel. The staff was so accommodating to what we had going on . My mother in law was at MUSC so we weren’t there to vacation. The manager John was so thoughtful and concerned about our MNL and our stay . Netta the desk clerk was helpful and accommodating to what we had going on . The kickback was just what we needed to relax at the end of day . Paris the bartender was awesome. And all the staff we encountered was polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying there when visiting Charleston again or just a quick get away. Thank you again for great customer service and a wonderful experience. Reese family

The breakfast was great, and everything was hot and ready. Good selection of items, nothing over the top, but it was well prepared and quality. Eggs, Biscuit gravy, sausage, country potatoes, etc. breads, muffins, bagels, fresh waffles station, etc. juices, drinks, etc. so very well rounded. They offer fresh popcorn and drinks all day, they also have a daily happy hour/social from 530 to 7pm with 3 complimentary drinks. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff is also amazing! This is newer property compared to most I believe bult in 2025, so this help too, as it is updated and fresh.

Staff was friendly! Beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge & microwave. Hot breakfast daily & Kitchen+Bar stays open Hotel in a great location! McDonald's right next door, Bojangles & Waffle House across the street. Top Golf & Tanger Outlets near by. Airport is about a 5 minute drive. Stayed 5 nights. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a guest laundry ($3 per wash load & $3 per dry) You'll have to buy laundry soap in the market downstairs or bring your own. I didn't like that the machines didn't take cash. Card only!
