Superb location, impeccably clean and perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Staff were friendly and efficient and went way above to please. Front desk, restaurant and room staff were great at their jobs and made us feel welcome. Gluten free options for breakfast as well! The ratings on this hotel are well deserved.

Honestly, hard to find fault with anything. Would not hesitate to make this our first choice when we return someday for another visit.

The Hotel is very well located. All the important sights are in walking distance, great food is also just around the corner. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The windows are pretty sound proof so that outside noise stays outside. The bed was comfortable. We slept well.

The breakfast was decent, nothing to write home about. It's on until 10 am. The first morning all the warm options were gone at 9 am and not refilled. That was a disappointment, since there were still new guests coming. The hair drier... It's just too weak to call it that. It took ages to dry my hair. Please consider upgrading it! Also there were no functional sockets in the bathroom by the sink. This should be standard. Although the cleanliness was superb, we did not like that the staff was very loud while cleaning and also having their smoke break in the outdoor area very frequently. It felt like the seats outside were reserved for staff and not for guests. It felt like we were in their space not the other way around.

The location was unbeatable straddling old town above and kapana below, an easy walk to every site of interest. The staff went over and beyond assisting us to find parking, no small deed considering we were in old town. I enjoyed breakfast with enough fresh fruit and decent croissants. Eggs, meat and cheeses were available. Espresso machine served us well. Our room had enough space to spread out a bit.

Pillows were a bit squishy. A small thing but perhaps easy to fix by offering the option of one more firm.

The location was outstanding, just within the Old Town, and a stone’s thrown away from Kapana the arts and dining district. The facilities were excellent in our third floor apartment and the breakfast was very good too. This is a historic building but newly refurbished in 2019 so we had the best of both worlds! We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, but there is no lift so this may be a problem for guests who require a wheelchair. There are ground floor rooms but the basement dining room requires one to go down a flight of stairs.

A fabulous hotel in a great location - very close to the Old Town We had a great room and bathroom with an excellent shower The breakfast was a generous buffet - one of the best we had in Bulgaria We had requested a parking spot [as there is very limited parking in the centre of Plovdiv] and the hotel staff helped us to locate a space and park the car. The hotel is beautifully located in the very centre of Plovdiv, just a couple minutes walk from the Roman theatre and the ancient stadium on the border between the gorgeous Kapana neighbourhood and the old town of Plovdiv. Stefan from the reception was extremely kind, waiting for us past the reception working hours and organizing the parking spot free of (extra) charge. The suite was all that we expected.

The sofa bed in the suite could have been a bit more comfortable, but it was all right for a couple of nights.

An excellent location in the Old Town of Plovdiv. The place is very close to the city center, the staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is also the nice terrace where you can chill. The breakfast included was a plus, and it was diverse and delicious. For sure will be the choice to stay next time when visiting Plovdiv.

Location: We loved the location in the old town. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful and it was just a short walk to Kapana (for the bars and restaurants) and the main sights of Plovdiv. Room: Double Room with Balcony was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed. Although we were facing the street, we couldn't hear any outside noise. Service: Konstantin was very helpful throughout our stay and managed to book us a very specific tour to visit Buzludzha, which was the highlight of our trip to Bulgaria. He also helped us with bus schedules and arranged for us to have an earlier breakfast on the day of our tour. The lady in charge of breakfast (we didn't get her name) was also very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of sweet and savoury items available. Overall: We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Plovdiv.

Beautiful hotel with a nice courtyard. The room was spacious with a lot of surface top to place our luggage and small things, which is super helpful. This room by far provides the most extensive storage space and surface top comparing to all other hotels we stayed. The room is super clean and very new. The bathroom is very big, clean, and new, very impressive. The breakfast was good too, many options. We are also grateful that the front desk looked after our luggage for after checking. They helped us call a taxi to take us to the train station. Excellent service and staff!

The room was lovely, I had the standard room and it was spacious enough for me. Breakfast had a bit of everything and was nice and fresh. The location i could not recommend enough. it is minutes from the high street and also right next to the Old Town which is stunning!

Only thing I will nitpick is staying on the ground floor rooms can be slightly loud in the mornings as everyone passes to go out the front so i would request to be higher up next time.
