The best stay in Budapest, definitely COMING BACK AGAIN HERE!! We travelled with dog. Friendly animals hotel (you have to pay a 20€ fee per night for the dog) Hotel was clean! No strange smells! We booked our stay with breakfast, it was fresh and delicious. A lot to choose from for the breakfast. They also had different menu every morning so you don’t eat the same again for breakfast- which was AWESOME! The hotel was VERY central, lot of shops and food restaurants next to the hotel. As well as a metro & train. The staff of the hotel was friendly and always helpful. The sauna and the fitness room was CLEAN! And very relaxing! There were also no people so we had the whole spa era only for us :D The rooms are small but ENOUGH! We had a good working air conditioning as well as windows blinds from the outside so can get to sleep in completely darkness, windows were also soundproof no noise from the outside. Bathroom was clean, the shower had enough space & was very comfortable. The hotel offers massages & facials. We booked 2 massage price was between 60-70€ for 60min. -very professional people that massaged us. We had a wonderful/relaxing stay in this hotel, definitely coming back again soon!

Small space for hanging the clothes

Very good location - you can walk anywhere. Beautiful and stylish building. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. 24/7 reception and security.

They should add more choices for breakfast - fish, hot chocolate ... No AC remote control. My room (3110) window was facing inside the building and it is locked (no fresh air from outside). Their SPA - is only two small saunas + gym. Bath amenities were limited - only soap=shampoo + body lotion. Shower, no bath

Stunning hotel architecture. Good size room for the first few nights. Ok breakfast. Helpful reception staff on the first three days.

Bath towels were very small, rough and old. No shampoo and conditioner. AC broke in our room and was very hot. We had to change rooms on the last night because there was nobody that could fix it. Gave us a smaller room. Didn’t provide us with any receipts at checkout.

Could have had a wider selection of toiletries in the room (i.e. Bathroom, such as individual shampoo and conditioner), but apart from that, everything was excellent.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! A lovely mix of traditional with modern pops of colour and features. The lobby/reception is stunning!. The breakfast was great (a selection for gluten-free/celiacs was much appreciated!) The staff were all super professional, helpful and friendly. The location was PERFECT! Its ideal as its in the centre with everything in walkable distance / short taxi ride.. but not on the main high street, so it was super peaceful whilst still being near the hustle and bustle. We even received a lovely little surprise in our hotel room to celebrate my partners’ birthday as well as our 4 year anniversary - very thoughtful gesture, thank you!

This is a comment about the way Booking.Com advertised this hotel - it stated our arrival airport transfer from the airport to the hotel was for free. However, when i contacted the hotel about this.. they stated that the taxi ride was only free if the full reservation had been done directly with the venue (and had not been done via Booking.Com). Booking . Com needs to remove this false advertising of a free taxi journey if so!

Breakfast was very good - a very nice buffet selection. Staff in the hotel were lovely - very friendly, helpful and all seemed genuinely happy in the work. Great location for walking into the city centre, to the river or to city park and loads of great restaurants within a short walking distance.

Bedroom size was fine for a city hotel, but lacked storage space (only 2 very small drawers - could do with drawers beside bed. One small criticism about the breakfast - glass lids were placed over some hot, crispy foods... which resulted in them going soggy and less appetising, as they were quite shallow so steamed up quickly

All the rooms look into the centre of the building so no natural light in rooms. Rooms are very compact

The location is perfect, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful, doing the best he can to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is good but has no verity as expected from this kind of hotel. In summary, we had a very good stay at the hotel, despite a slite inconveniences.

We stayed on the first floor, with the windows pointed to the street. The windows are transparent from the outside and the window shades aren't adjusted in a good way when you open the window (to have a little of fresh air), and the shades are closed, they are immediately open automatically, with no control what's or ever, and everyone outside can see through, into the room, this is inconvenient, at all. and we had to be in the room with the windows closed all the time, so the shades could stay closed.

So clean and the smell in the lobby was incredible! The rooms were really quiet which made for a good night sleep. The staff were so helpful and polite. They would do anything for us. The sauna, rest area, gym and lockers on -1 floor were very clean and a great addition to the hotel.

The balcony room was not worth paying extra for in my opinion. From the photos I assumed it was looking onto a street so we would be able to people watch. This was not the case. It was an internal balcony with a view into a room opposite. This made the inside room smaller. The other room we had was much larger inside with a table and 2 chairs inside and was much cheaper. This was not the hotels fault, it was my assumption but worth considering if you are choosing this hotel.

The room was very spacious. Staff were always available and pleased to assist. The location offered good access to public transport into the city, and there were decent restaurants nearby. Recommend Két Szerecsen. Overall, it was a pleasant place to return to every evening.

The tea and coffee condiments in the room were limited. Only one English Breakfast and one herbal tea for a room occupied by two people? Only two coffee pods per day. There were some impracticallities. If you find yourself in need of a lougage stand, call the front desk.
