Incredible location, right in the heart of the Old Town. Friendly, welcoming staff who were also very helpful. Beautiful room that was perfect to relax in after a day out exploring, really cozy and large size. Everything really clean and the amenities were everything we could need. We stayed in the seperate building that a staff member took us to, including carrying all our luggage which was very kind. It was a beautiful nook of Split, only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street of Split Riva. We walked to a boat tour from our room and it took only 6 minutes, and 10 minutes from the bus station. Seriously perfect location. I would stay here again!!

Location, location, location. 10 minute walk from the bus station, 2 minutes to the palace or Riva. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed.

I was chilly in November. There is A/C, but not heat, as far as I could tell. But, with an extra blanket, no problem sleeping. Also, a previous review stated there was Netflix, and they heard no street noise. There is no longer Netflix and the TV signal went out as well. Maybe management could have rebooted it. I did not bother to ask. I could also hear people below on my Seaview side of the hotel. Not many people were around this time of year, but there would be noise in the more touristy months.

My room in the hotel's annex building was lovely. It was on the top floor in an attic style room which, along with air-conditioning, also had an automated Velux window and block out blind. The room was very comfortable and clean, very nicely decorated and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. Great location in the old town a few minutes walk from the waterfront, the Diocletian's Palace, bars & restaurants and also for the hiking trails on Marjan Hill.

Room was comfortable for three of us, we were just there for one night, a bit of a tight bathroom but a wonderful shower! We were glad our room was on the first floor as we had suitcases, there were a few steps to the entry but not too bad for a walled city! The reception staff was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff overall was excellent. Room was well appointed with nice towels, robes, and comfortable beds. We had a great view of the harbor, very centrally located, can't beat the location! A bit loud at night as Split has a thriving nightlife, but I'd stay there again for 1-2 nights.

Excellent location for everywhere and everything, staff was very friendly and helpful, they organised the transport from the airport to the hotel which was great, the breakfast was very tasty, the shower was excellent, everything was very clean and comfortable.

There are stairs to get to the hotel and inside the hotel (not a problem for everyone), the window that has a city view was tiny, the shampoo & soap are in individual small packets

Amazing location right in the old town. Clean room with good air con and helpful staff. (eg. After check out our bags were stored and when we returned to collect them a few hours later the staff offered us drinks whilst waiting for our transport).

Breakfast was very good if you were early, but not all items were restocked so later guests had a more limited choice. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, but everything worked and smaller room sizes are to be expected in an old historic building.

A little noisy at night due to partying tourists-but that is to be expected if staying in the old city; a lot of stairs to drag luggage up-but hotel staff is very accommodating in helping with luggage if you ask Note-taxis and uber cannot access the hotel-have to walk to outside the old city gates-a flat walk, not a big deal

A relatively short stay and only stayed for 1 night but we had a red eye trip to Vienna so we maximised our time in Split. We couldn't have done this without the hassle of our luggage so Ana and Angelina were so kind and genuinely cared about our comfort to travel around Split without our stuff after checkout so they let us use their storage room until we needed to leave. Our room was nice, relatively of good size and clean for a family of 4. When we asked for a room at the lowest floor due to our heavy luggage, they happily accommodated us and gave us a family room with the smallest flight of stairs. The hotel was a bit hard to find but it was very convenient due to its close proximity to Riva Promenade. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would like to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back to Split.

Nothing big that pops into mind! Our stay was great.

It was right in the middle of everywhere. You stepped out of your door and it was like going back in history. I sat on a sarcophagus to wait for my husband to take things up to our room. The location was Aaaaaaa. The staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for us even left us in early to have breakfast on our last day.

Because it was right in the middle of everything it was a little noisy but with my earplugs in it was fabulous slept like a baby. It was a little on the expensive side.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old town. Room was a reasonable rate, a decent size, and with a reasonable sized bathroom with shower. Bed was a memory foam mattress and very comfortable.

Our room was in an annexe which was stated on the website, but which we hadn't realised was in another building a walk away from the main hotel, so access to the breakfast/dining room and Reception was not what you'd expect.
