The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, but there’s some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, and with a few upgrades, this hotel has the potential to be even better.

Some amenities, like the air conditioning or plumbing, weren’t functioning properly. Wi-Fi connectivity was slow in my room. Common areas, like the lobby or hallways, could have been cleaner and more inviting.

Good location, ample parking around the hotel (hotel staff explained the rules on payment and different parking restrictions very well). Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of staff on hand. All room controls were will explained at check in. Free internet to all rooms was good

Very little to complain about really. The shower/ bath floor was very slippy and a bath mat would be welcomed. Little street noise but it is a city hotel with double glazing etc.

The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all one needs. Great breakfast, bunch of pastry, various kinds of cheese, fruits, etc, you for won’t be hungry and everyone will be able to find something for their taste. Location is grate, close to both train stations if Como as well as bus station (+bus stop just in few mins from hotel), 24/7 supermarket over the corner and ferry stations also in walkable distance. Very friendly and nice staff, they let us leave our bags in storage room after checkout and always was friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming breakfast staff, happy to help with different coffee types . Close to train station, easy walking access to the lake Como ferry. Clean so lots to like

Not a lot, but only thing was perhaps a near miss in that there was a cord in the shower which I thought could be the switch for shower extractor fan but luckily I didn't pull it as it was for emergencies. I didn't see the sign so was my fault.

Perfect hotel - really close to the Lake (5 min walk) and nearby lots of bus stops. Bus takes a few mins from the station. Mountain views from the hotel room and huge wide windows that made it feel like a balcony. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! I had a single room and it was definitely slightly bigger than a single. Every member of staff I encountered was absolutely fantastic and so welcoming. Honestly - cannot recommend this hotel enough! Loved every minute of my time there.

Location was central and walking distance to everywhere: the lake, the promenade, the ferry to Bellagio/ Varenna/ Menaggio, the funicolare to Brunate, main train stations of Como San Giovanni and Como Lago (not walking friendly if you carry big luggage). Friendly staff, 24hr reception (I checked in at 11pm). Breakfast variety was lovely.

The room was a bit small, the bed a bit hard, and I could hear next room when using their shower or bathroom.

Very friendly staffs! The gentleman and lady at the front desk gave me a warm welcome when I arrived the day before and helped me store my luggage before check-in. I especially appreciated the gentleman at the front desk who tried to help me get a taxi when I left at 6am this morning (because it was raining so heavy). Good location. The room was vintage but very clean, close to the main road but the noise was acceptable, I slept well. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the breakfast.

There's a kettle with tea/coffee. It was quiet in the room. + Breakfast is good. + Friendly staff We stayed here 1 night at the end of our trip before flying from Malpensa. This is a good hotel for transits or if you want to explore Lake Como without having much time (otherwise, the central part of the lake is more picturesque and relaxed but requires longer stays).

Not the fault of the hotel, but in our trip we had more exciting places to stay for similar or lower prices: the city of Como in general is rather pricey, so this is the reason.

Location is pretty perfect, would recommend for a solo traveller as the rooms are functional without being spectacular. Perhaps rooms are a little different if you are travelling with someone, as I just required a single room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. But for where it is located it is very reasonably priced.

It is a tight squeeze getting into the car park and parking spaces, but maybe more to do with my driving...

This hotel is a great value, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast has many choices Staff is helpful. Bed was comfy & room offered goid storage, convenient plugs Has Hvac and an elevator. 10 min walk from Como San Giovanni train Less than 10 min walk to boats (plan ahead, ticket lines are long) Old Como is maybe 15 min walk. There's a nice market very nearby too. I had a very good pizza nearby, there's also an upscale dining offer nearby and a very nice looking Gelato store too. Staff is happy to store luggage before or after checking too.
