Breakfast was excellent.

We booked last minute and therefore had internet issues as we are from overseas. We had to find a cafe where we could access wifi to complete the registration and get the access code. We should have been aware that this was the case when booking and I could have taken care of this at the time of booking rather than when we tried to access the building.

Very comfortable bed and the pink themed bathroom was a nice touch. Just what you need if you’re in Salzburg for a few nights. Short walk to restaurants and Mirabell Gardens.

Shower had no door, so water overflows to the basin area.

Really lovely decor, stunning bathroom, plenty of space and excellent facilities. Comfy bed and had everything I could need. Great value for money and superb location. Process couldn’t have been made easier, although there’s no conventional check in desk, I was able to get in contact and received immediate responses to questions including my request for an early check in. Will definite stay again!

There were building works going on opposite the property, which I was warned about via email from Numa and it didn’t affect my stay or my sleep.

-beautiful room in an excellent location -stunning bathroom with pretty fixtures -nice decor throughout -practical mirrors, soft lights etc -good quality wardrobe with lots of hangers -good amount of hooks in bathroom -comfortable bed and nice linen/towels -practical to have a mini fridge and coffee maker -early check in was extremely helpful as it saved us time and hassle -nicy scented bodylotion and soap etc

-noise from upstairs guests between 00:30 am - 02.30 am - this is a note for guests: be mindful with your luggage and movement around the room in the middle of the night as this is an older building -almost forgot to check out via the online link - we were travelling and busy so I didn't check my phone until later in the day. This would be solved if staff were present. But only a minor complaint as everything else was amazing.

The interior was very elegant, beautiful room and bed and bathroom and restaurant for the breakfast. Very pleasant shower.

Do not leave a window open at night because traffic starts very early and I woke up extremely early around 05:30 am from a very loud garbage truck right under our window. So keep the windows closed. Also, there was a water kettle but no tea bags so that was useless. And even though it is quite expensive this is a “hotel” without reception or staff. You can only WhatsApp a help desk. I had a question and they took 20 minutes to respond, too long.

The room was spacious and comfortable, just like it was in the pictures. The location was great - within walking distance of everything touristy but still in a street with a local feel with a few bars and good restaurants.

Lack of a reception was a bit of a problem. The check in process was a little confusing at first but luckily we happened to bump into a (rare) member of staff, who pointed us in the right direction. But not having somewhere to leave bags on the day of check out was the most frustrating. Yes, there are a few lockers but not enough and they were always occupied, so we ended up having to drag our bags to the station on our last day, which wasn't a great experience.

Nice hotel but no staff onsite. I like the technology they use but if you have any issues, it's a little more difficult to get resolution since no one is physically there. Location is good, but a bit farther to the old town than we expected. Parking is not easy but is available in a small parking garage nearby.

We were told breakfast was included when we booked but when we went for breakfast the first morning, the lady in the small onsite restaurant said it was not. We ate anyway and paid the extra euros but were very disappointed in what they provide vs other hotels we stayed at in Austria. After that first morning we ate breakfast elsewhere. In fact we found a delicious cafe a block away that was a great find so we recommend that if you decide to stay here.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Salzburg. The location is ideal as it allows you to easily discover the city while staying in a calm neighbourhood. Our room was big, very well decorated and clean. We very much appreciated the Nespresso machine with coffee capsules and the tea station. Check in process via WhatsApp was super easy.

The breakfast was very poor and the lady running it was not particularly pleasant. The rooms are not cleaned, bins not emptied, towels not changed etc. if you stay less than 7 nights.

We had an exceptional stay at Numa Mozart. The checkin experience was smooth, with code in the app. The decor of the room was extremely classy and we loved how every corner was decorated. There was a nespresso machine in the room along with Grind coffee pods which tasted great, even the tea bags were of great quality. Every necessity items such as towels, tea coffee, milk etc could be restocked by ourselves using the guidance in the app. The view from the room was stellar. 100% recommended to book this hotel. Salzburg town centre is 10 min walking, surrounded by picturesque views.

At the fringe of the Old Town. Within walking distance to many places of interest. Although next to the main road, could hardly hear any traffic noise. We had a room with balcony, it was spacious.

Staff was unable to advise online towards my question “if we are able to pull our car near the hotel to unload our luggage before parking at a public carpark 250-300 metres away”. They gave an online link which I could not find any answer. Housekeeping is done once a week. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no change of towels and dustbins were not cleared throughout. We paid €24 a person for breakfast, on display was cold continental items. No hot food was on displayed or written anywhere or mentioned verbally. VERY expensive breakfast ☹️
