The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom and toiletries were excellent with really good lighting. The fridge/mini bar and coffee machine were a great shout for the morning wake up. The con siege was extremely helpful and kind. The location was good with an easy walk into the main town but also easy access by car in arrival. Breakfast was good with a choice of coffee to the table. This is our second visit and it didn't disappoint - thank you

Parking was relatively expensive but there was also a 40 euros charge on top if you wanted to charge a car - no matter how much you needed to charge.

This is a full-service hotel with breakfast & dining options, a gym & swimming pool. Staff atre incredibly helpful, especially Bernie 'the Crazy Concierge'. Our room was very comfortable with a superb en-suite bathroom. There are lots of excellent restaurants and bars close to the hotel. We were even given a welcome gift from the minibar, which was a nice touch.

To access the centre of Milan, you must take a short metro ride. The station is only a two minute walk from the hotel, though.

This was the first trip we did without the kids in a long while. It was a real pleasure staying at the hotel - the staff was welcoming, and they offered us some nice upgrades without us even asking for anything. It was pretty simple to find the place, and we were happy to stumble into a nice market very close to the hotel on the Friday of our arrival (note that the market is only open on Fridays). The bed was SUPER comfortable. The breakfast was full and decent.

The location was far from the center, and almost all of our days started with a need to use the trains. On the other hand, the station was only 4 minutes walk away.

It is one of those timeless hotels, with the fancy vibe and everything quite impeccable. We enjoyed a spacious, high-ceiling suite with very comfortable beds and daily service - and they were very helpful even when we had some inconvenience with our son being a bit unwell. The restaurant and spa area do not disappoint. Location is also excellent, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was not the best we've seen - but great scambled eggs (which is not that easy to find) and sufficient variety for most international tastes.

The entire experience was superb, starting from check-in, when I was given a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The views from my window looked out onto the garden and fountain. The bed was huge and a dream to sleep in, and the entire hotel room was clean and well-stocked with towels and other necessities. Even the breakfast was great (though I only ate a few things as I had lunch reservations soon after). The only downside was that I didn't have much time to enjoy the space. Next time, I'd love to take advantage of the pool.

The water pressure was a bit intense and there were drainage issues in the shower/tub, plus no way to turn off the too-bright bedside reading lights, but those were small downsides to what was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

As we were staying in Milan for a second night we wished to stay at a different hotel and wanted a hotel with a swimming pool and spa. We were not disappointed, it is a lovely, classic hotel with great facilities. We arrived late afternoon and impressed with the check-in. The receptionist spotted on check-in that it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday and passed on the information to the Concierge. He was a friendly, professional and very knowledgeable man who does everything he can to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I asked him to check a restaurant booking for me which he did. Whilst out at the restaurant, he arranged for a small gift to be left in our room and also to take a couple of small bottles of wine from the mini-bar. We had to leave early to get back to the airport for our flight and went to breakfast at 7am. Everything was great and excellent choice. The Spa and swimming pool were excellent and very quiet in late afternoon.

A minor grievance, there isn't a swimming costume drying device in the changing room to remove the excess water.

**Unforgettable Stay!** The hotel is extremely comfortable and have well-decorated rooms, but could be bigger for three people. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. However, the real highlight was the staff, always attentive and helpful ( specially the girl of the breakfast who speaks Spanish, sorry I forgot her name😣) and the BEST guy, Bernie, the concierge, who treated us exceptionally well, offering valuable tips and always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable experience!

It was spoilt by the fact that I thought I had booked a 2 Bedroom Suite via Booking.com and was informed it was a I bedroom room. I suspect this was due to booking.com site not so much the hotel. This forced me to get a further room obviously at extra cost and away from my wife. A very disappointing to the start of the break especially since we stayed at this Hotel before (Which is why we returned) in a 2 bedroom suite. Added to the frustration is that all of the booking .com correspondence does not specify the room booked only the stay dates and total amount.

Room was large and clean. Very comfortable beds. Sockets and switches near the beds so no need to get up. Multiple shower heads and bathtub. Lots of toilletries. Close metro and supermarket access. Breakfast was great and very varied.

Drain in bathroom sink got clogged sometimes and sometimes toilet kept flushing until manually stopped by pressing the button again. Pool was on the small side and not heated . Saunas (dry and steam) were small. Hot tub water should be cleaned/replaced more often and was not hot enough, also switches/bubbles did not seem to work. Pool is also apparently paid for separately, 20 euro per person per entry (somehow this was already included in the room I booked) and tickets need to be collected/purchased from front desk before each time you go. Pool area only available between 15:00-21:00. Plastic cups for tea/coffee in room and no spoons or milk/creamer for coffee.
