Great location (near to the main place and the central railway station), public transport is available, the hotel staff is super nice and friendly, and everyone speaks English. Everything was clean, the hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the room was quiet and the bed was truly comfortable.

Everybody is different, I know, still, the room's temperature was quite low when we checked in and it took 2 days to get to a comfortable (~20-21 Celsius degree) level. Not terrible, blankets were warm and wore an extra pullover, so this is rather just a small cry not being able to give a perfect, 10/10 rating. 9/10 is still great.

I would like to start by saying what lovely staff this hotel has! The ones at reception and breakfast area are all extremely welcoming, warm & helpful young people who really love and take pride in their job. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of dips, and a nice selection of healthy foods to complement the customary eggs & bacon. It was also very handy that we had water dispensers and umbrella’s available for our daily outings. In terms of location, it is a straight 10-minute walk down the road to the Old Town and well served with two trams to reach most areas of the city. We really our loved our time here and a big thumbs up to the wonderful young people working there.

Pillows were a bit too flat, maybe it would be a good idea to have higher ones for taller people.

The hotel was very nice, situated just outside the old town (about 15 minute walk). All the staff were very friendly and I was able to store my luggage since I arrived quite early. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was nice and clean. There were hangers for clothes as well as shelves which was great so I could hang clothes up so they don’t crease! There was also a mini fridge so I could buy some drinks/ snacks.

2 things I didn’t particularly like but not a big deal as such as I would return again. 1. If I returned to my room between 2-4pm I often saw bags full of bedsheets, towels etc in the corridors and had to walk past several to get to my room. 2. It says in their welcome book that their TV has channels in both Polish and English but I couldn’t find any English channels - not a huge deal but I would often return to my room by 8/9pm and it’s nice to have something on (I also didn’t bother asking if there’s a way to put those channels on so it may be that I just didn’t know how to find them). The hotel was more expensive than some other hotels in the area but I did like it and would stay there again.

The location was ideal. Outside the old city but an easy walk. There are shops and coffee places all over. The train station and major shopping centre is also a very close walk. Opposite the hotel is also a little open market. It was amazing. The staff were amazing. They got us a taxi to the airport. They gave us travel tips and maps. We got there early and they saved our bags whilst we walked around. Such lovely staff. They must have done breakfast for some guests. Our room didnt come with breakfast but it smelt amazing. The bar looked great :) the food smelt great.

The shower door would not close properly and the water would leak through the door, onto the bathroom floor and then onto the bedroom floor. The AC wasn't as powerful as I'd have required. Summer is pretty hot in krakow and the lowest we could get the room was 20. They only gave us 1 key when we were a pair in 2 single beds.

Location was excellent. Approx a 5 min walk into the town square. Staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk is open 24/7 which is handy. The hotel always looked clean and looked lovely from the outside as well as on the inside. Our room was spacious with good facilities on offer. The only thing we noticed is that on a couple of times when we removed our “do not disturb” sign, our room still would not be cleaned. The bed would be made (using the same sheets) and the bins were emptied but on 2 occasions we did not get a refill on toilet paper or fresh towels. This was nothing that wasn’t sorted by asking reception for them however we did expect more of a thorough clean but this did not impact our stay. Breakfast was tasty with a big selection to choose from, the food was stored in containers which didn’t really keep the food which would be the only let down in terms of breakfast. I would overall recommend the hotel and we would return

Lovely sized room, very comfortable bed, slept very well. Good sized en-suite, very clean. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Very quiet, except sometimes you could hear sirens from emergency services. The neighborhood was quiet also, lovely market just outside, lots of convenience shops nearby. About 10-15 minute walk to the old town but straight down the street so you cannot get lost. Are planning to visit again.

Honestly had no complaints during our stay.

Everything was good. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The location was great - it was not far from the center. The hotel has its own parking lot in the courtyard. And that was attractive! )) But the entrance was a bit narrow though. It seems to me that it would be difficult to squeeze in a car like Touareg and higher (in that case, I suppose, you could leave your car in the small city parking lot opposite the hotel). But we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff on arrival (1am) were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is great value for money, only a 15 minute walk to the centre with plenty of little shops around it. We didn’t use the hotel facilities, simply used for the room so can’t comment on the food or sauna. Room came with soap and shampoo, no toothpaste or anything extra. Overall great experience for a short stay in Krakow.

One small issue was the toilet in our room was not clean, just a few marks on lid but we could tell it had only been quickly cleaned rather than fully. There was also a dark hair in the shower so unsure if this was from cleaning services or from previous people. man at the front desk was asleep on a near

The hotel is in a great location. Just between the airport (about a 20-30 minute taxi ride) and the city (15 minute walk to the Old City Centre). It has multiple shops, bakeries, and even markets nearby. The room was spacious, with a lot of storage options, and looked as advertised. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests! We got to keep our bags at reception on the last day and after check-out as we had a later flight. Great cozy lobby as well! Overall one of the best city-hotels we stayed in.

The only downside: Room service didn't change or replace our mugs for the 3 nights we were there, although they were used for tea. We had to rinse them out in the bathroom sink.
