The room was stunning, the furniture was really nice and it was clean.

Because I was trying to check in after 5pm it was really difficult to gain access to the business and I was on the street calling the buzzer but no one answered and I started to panic. Thankfully there was a mobile number listed on the door and that person was very responsive and came to the hotel to let us in. This is the second experience I have had a Quest regarding after hours check in. I dont like the process.

I have stayed here before - some years ago. The Hotel is really nice - very handy for shops, restaurants etc . The apartment was well fit out, spotlessly clean and very comfy. Everything we needed was in the unit. We didn't cook, but all the equipment was there plus dishwasher. It had been a very hot day, and we were glad of the Air Conditioner. It was good to have parking - though you need to book it and to pay $15 per night. However - I think that's reasonable compared to some.

Can't think of anything. It was a wee bit hard to find the way in after driving down Butter Factory lane, but I rang the receptionist, and it was all sorted.

Room was clean and was well equipped with the little kitchenette. Parking was good if just slightly convoluted to find, we were given good instructions to find it. View from our room was only of the back of Shops.

Location seemed to be in a pretty ordinary part of town. We didn’t think there was any particularly nice restaurants around, though there was plenty of takeaway available in the area. The entry-level of the building was full of empty shops and the check-in office seemed a little strange in the arcade.

The room was very clean and quite well set out , nice windows facing to alley . Good security for us and a good lock up for our car (at a extra cost).

The soap dispenses in the bathroom were all sealed and you could not open them to get soap out to wash yourself (Never checked before wash) had to go down the road for soap. NO book or manual for tv or could only get free channels on the television (every other channel was locked). The bed was comfortable but it was a zip together so kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Very tight parking under the building .

The property is located very centrally. There was only one reception staff and it looked like he was stretched thin trying to get everything in order but we appreciated that he allowed us to check in 20 minutes early and gave us early access to car park. The car park is quite tight. The room was large and very clean.

The feeling that they were understaffed and that we were inconveniencing them.

It was definitely a dated property but overall it was okay for what we needed. I felt it was a bit expensive given it was one night in a studio, but no complaints in terms of cleanliness or others. It had what we needed for the night and was located central to everything. Check out could’ve been explained better as there were no staff around when we left at 9am.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment: the bedrooms were rather small but sufficient. Sadly, poor ventilation in the bedroom as the air conditioning didnt work in there. The shared space had a good size and had a modern decor. Everything was well cleaned.

Not easy to spot from the road and no parking space nearby. I had asked for private parking in advance but this didn't happen.

Right in centre of town. Close to everything. Underground parking for an extra cost made it so simple to park and then enter via elevator from carpark. Big shower, spacious apartment. Large bed.

Would have been nice to of been able to connect Netflix to the TV or of had streaming services rather than just from the selected movies available on the tv.

Plenty of space, clean facilities.

The parking situation was a mess and not well communicated. We made our booking last minute (because of a cancellation elsewhere) and by the time we arrived at the location, I hadn't received the emails warning about the parking situation. Spaces need to be reserved in advance and although we were there just before the office closed and we saw a free space in the parking lot, the staff did not provide access to the parking and instead directed us to an overflow space with a need for an early morning departure. Given this is the case, I don't think it's reasonable that the property advertise that there is parking available.

The free movies but however there is no chrome cast. But free parking is good. Make sure you park in the loading bay at front and check in first to get your parking . You have to drive around the building and go down the back where farmers is and there will be an alley way to drive down. Once you get to the end where the beauty/ eyelash place is there’s a gate to tap your room access card for parking. The guy at the reception was friendly and helped me get checked in fast with no hassle
