the apartment was really clean, comfortable and big enough for two couples. It is close to metro station (few minutes of walk away) and to Lidl, Neto, Meny. It has gorgeous big windows and it's decorated in the nordic style, minimalist, but it includes anything that you might need. really comfortable beds If you're on a trip in Copenhagen, I'd really recommend this place!

though we were there for almost a week, the cleaning was made only once, literally one day before we checked out. I didn't really see the point in changing the bed sheets for only one night, it felt like a waste of resources. It would have been more useful for this to happen sometime mid-week. around the building there are some constructions, but we visited during Christmas and we didn't have loud noises. the heating system - we didn't quite understood how it works, but it wasn't too cold inside.

I can literally not say anything bad, my stay here was amazing! Starting off with the location, it's right next to the sea at a very cozy and quiet area with amazing vibes and the city centre can be reached within 15mins by metro. The building itself looks amazing and has great vibes with a cozy feel to it. We booked an apartment for 4 people & got one with 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, each with their own balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all well-equipped. The floor heating is amazing, I easily get cold in the winter but never had any problems here. And the staff is great too, they helped us get our room even though we arrived after midnight and we could store our luggage there too after checking out. And all this for a very good price (I think we were lucky to get discount too). I can only recommend STAY Nordhavn!

Loved everything, really.

Central location very near two metro stations (Orientkaj, Nordhavn). Everything you could possibly want in an apartment stay - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, flat screen TV with satellite channels, doors opening onto balconies for air conditioning (note it doesn’t have air con but does have underfloor heating, super handy for the seasons which need it but can be controlled and turned down or off at the control panels for summer rentals). We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was was very quiet and comfortable - no loud noise or loud neighbours, gorgeous views over NORDHAVN at night from the balcony on our third floor (July, lovely weather for people watching in the evening). Close to both the Meny and the Lidl for grocery shopping ( shoutout to the Meny for the best chocolate bars ever, Marabou and also iced Chais). Close to a lot of really nice take aways also. We used this as a base to see all of Copenhagen and it was perfect. A walk away from Østerbro and easily accessible from other boroughs also - definitely consider it as a good base for your stay. If walking, cycling or the Metro is not your vibe there is also a water taxi which leaves just moments away from the apartments which you can use to get to Reffen, the rest of the harbour and other areas. Convenient and easy and our city pass covered it (bought at the airport when we arrived, we got the 120 hour pass for the metro which while expensive at about €300 for 4 made up of 2 adults 2 kids was worth it for the amount of use we made of it.

Nothing at all - everything is as you would expect. You need to sort your cardboard from Your plastic and your food waste - once you manage this everything else is really easy!

These apartments are really large and comfortable, and the kitchens are pretty well set up for cooking. We loved the balconies and opening the doors for fresh air was sufficient most of the time, although it could get stuffy when things were closed up for a while. It was very sunny but in the low 70s for our visit and we were on the top floor in a 3 br with balconies on the courtyard and facing the subway platform. The location is amazing- Nordhavn is close enough for easy access to everything but when you return after a day of sightseeing it is so chill and relaxed, but not “dead.” So many restaurants and people hanging out, swimming, sunbathing. In summer it is really a fun area.

The construction noise was pretty loud with the doors open during the weekdays, and if you are facing the subway you will hear it when you have the doors open. But the doors and windows are well sealed and we weren’t bothered by this.

Our apartment was upgraded to one with an extra room when we arrived. The sightseeing around the apartment is super modern. The view to the habour is spectaculous. Super convenient with the public traffic. For travellling inside the city, we don't need a car at all. The apartment is just about 100 meter from the Metro or the Yellow boat. You can use them simply with the Rejsekort pass or City Pass. Just feel free to enjoy Copenhagen's skyline.

Only the Wi-Fi connection inside the apartment is not very satisfying. We also worked remotely from Copenhagen to another country. The internet speed is not stable to whole it. Disconnection made us sometimes struggling. THe only solution is moving our laptops to the reception or the original coffee downstairs. That means you have to sit in a cafe for a few hours for holding your remote desktop.

Great location on the water and close to the metro for easy access to town. Swimming in the harbour at your doorstep. Nice neighborhood to walk/run in. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our original room was very warm (32 inside/27 outside), but cooled off at night with balcony doors open. Fans were provided. However, construction next to the hotel made for a noisy environment so it was challenging to leave the doors open. After two nights trying to make it work we requested a change and the staff were very helpful and moved us to a room further away from the noise. Despite the original noise/temp problem I would still recommend the hotel as I think it was unusually warm and with doors closed the noise was more manageable.

The accommodation is in an excellent location – everything you need is just a short walk away! The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Public transport is great, with the metro station just around the corner. You can even swim in the sea nearby, which was a huge plus! There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy close by – super convenient. Highly recommended!

If I had to mention something, the bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and there’s a new building under construction next door, which can be noisy at times. However, these didn’t take away from the overall great experience – I’d still rate it a solid 10/10! Highly recommended.

The location is probably the top reason to stay here as it is perfectly situated outside the city, but with excellent Metro access into the heart of Copenhagen. The stop is just a four minute walk from the apartments and 14 to 30 minute ride on a modern, safe, clean and efficient system will get you nearly anywhere, including to and from the airport. The train line connecting you to further destinations in Europe ( and the Carlsberg brewery) is just a 10 minute walk away. Being a 5 minute city Nordhavn has shops, restaurants and other facilities just a short walk away. The view from the front balcony for us was a delight as it looked out onto the old dock basin and out to sea, although the rear bedroom did face an inner courtyard garden which was a bit scruffy ( however the gardeners were at work when we left, so this may be seasonal). The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay ( apart from a microwave, which might have been useful). The welcoming staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and although we didn’t need any additional help during the stay, the offer was there and I’m sure it would have been very good. This was an exceptionally good stay.

Courtyard garden a bit tired.

This is a beautiful space. Climate controlled central air but terrace doors can be opened for fresh air. The apartment is surrounded by windows, so lots of natural light. Floors are warm. Quiet when windows are closed. There is no car traffic. Very clean and tastefully decorated. You are surrounded by water—our view was of the water so this was very calming (the life style here is dockland living). There is a very good grocery just 5-minutes walk away. There are 2 fluffy pillows per person (4 total per bed). Plenty of bath towels. The beds are very comfortable. A table that fits 4 perfectly for meals. Ample cutlery, pans and dishes for simple meals. An outdoor terrace covered in case of rain. A comfortable TV room, but tech available did not allow us to access Netflix. A roomy bathroom with zero entry shower. The staff is available 24/7 and are very helpful. There’s a gym (can add sauna for a fee). One can swim in the water surrounding the property for a cold plunge. There is a restaurant and coffee shop on the ground level. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We took the train and the walk was approximately 10 minutes from the rental location. I’m unsure about parking since I used public transportation. If returning to Copenhagen, we would rent here again.

All was positive.

The apartment was well furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need to eat in. You were a block or two from the mero which made it very easy to get around Copenhagen. It was also easy to get to and from the airport. There was exercise facility there but did not use it. There are grocery stores within walking distance as well as a few restaurants. The water taxi is also within walking distance.

All was good. But I can imagine that during the summer warm months, it can be hot in the apartment as there is no AC. It only has one bathroom for three rooms which can make it interesting trying to coordinate bathroom time for three couples.
