Excellent location inside the bus garage and just bext to metro station and central places in Istanbul Room was clean and tidy and nicely decorated Highly recommended

Spacious deluxe room, with carpet, and a clean nicely tiled bathroom. Kettle & cups provided with welcome coffee & tea options. Plenty of wall plug sockets. Good size & quality towels. Complimentary shower products. Adequate storage, wardrobe space. Good size bed. Plenty of natural light from large windows. Good black out curtains. Great location for onward journey by coach, and local metro station, to all connections in the area, Inc airport. 10 minute walk to Forum Istanbul largest shopping mall in Europe as I understand. Reception staff are helpful and speak some English as well as other languages. Lifts from ground to reception are small so only one or two people with luggage can use at one time. If you need to be close to public transport, with plenty of eateries and shopping options I would recommend this hotel. But don't expect luxury, or a peaceful night's sleep.

Because of the location, the noise of coach operators shouting destinations goes on until early hrs of the morning, which is not conducive to unbroken sleep. The breakfast is basic but adequate, and typically Turkish, with cheeses, eggs, soup, tomatoes, cucumber and plenty of bread as well as tea/ coffee. Woke with aching back most mornings, so possibly mattresses need renewing? Walls are thin so neighbouring guests can be heard clearly if on the phone, talking loudly, moving cases, or other activities.

The location right in Istanbul’s Esenler Bus Station; the ease of access from M1 Otogar subway station (literally 2 hundred meters away); the staff’s friendliness; the (large) room’s excellent soundproofing; proximity to restaurants open 7x24; and of course easy access to the long-distance buses.

For obvious security reasons the elevator does not take passengers from the ground floor but from the first floor, where the reception is. But in case of need, I am certain the friendly staff would come and help customers carry their luggage to the 1st floor.

The hotel is at the bus station itself and this is very convenient if you arrive in the evening or have to go by bus somewhere or to the airport earlier in the morning. The rooms and furniture are dated, but the bed is comfortable, there is hot water, the Wifi signal was getting very weak for a while, but overall it is good. Breakfast is typical Turkish, but you won't go hungry. The staff was very kind. There are two small elevators. At the bus station itself there are many restaurants for cooked food, snacks, shops.

The hotel is basic, the entrance way a bit dingy, but it is in a brilliant location for catching a bus from the main bus station. Breakfast was fine - eggs, cheeses, bread, olives etc. Shower worked fine, hot water took a while to come through but was then good. If you are expecting luxury accommodation, don’t come here, but if you are happy with a clean, large room, air conditioning, comfy bed, this hotel ticks the boxes.

Excellent location, impossible to imagine any location closer to buses and metro. Staff is very kind. Even not speaking english or any other foreign languages, they really do their best to help. They are cheerful.

No reason to complain about anything. Just to note that being located inside the bus station, it is a little bit noisy if you open the windows, but did not disturb me anyway.

The room is big and beautiful. The location is perfect. There is a bus service to the airport in the bus station, and you can also take the subway to tourist attractions. There was a bad smell from the plumbing and it was near a bus stop so it could be a little noisy, but I was fine with it. Staff were very kind 😊 teşekkür ederim 🙏

Good staff, helped with the check-in, gave me to choose which of the two rooms I like best, offered a better room than the one I rented, at no extra charge. Thank you Shakir, everything we needed was done.

Only one trash can in the room, in the bath. I would add one more thing, because there were three of us, one was not enough. Everything else is good)

Excellent location, right at the main bus station; clean, safe, very caring staff, very courteous, large comfortable rooms, good working AC, good working WiFi! I loved everything! I arrived early, thank you for doing everything possible to give me the room early!

We booked this hotel as we arrived at the bus station late in the day and were leaving by bus early the next morning. It was a great location from that perspective. We were very pleased we had a non smoking room.

Door handle was broken on the inside.
