We loved that this place had a spa, sauna and swimming pool. The spa was lovely and hot, the sauna was beautiful and the pool was good. The pool was a little warm for a hot day but great for winter. The bed was one of the best my wife and I have slept on. Great pillows too which is always a must for our travels. We didn't use the spa bath in the room but great size and excellent pressure in the shower too. Staff were great and accommodating. It would be helpful for traveller's if the Motel listed that a Visa or Mastercard are NEEEDED to stay here on the booking information.

Receptionist was helpful and friendly when I booked in the afternoon and arrived later that night. Corner spa bath in Studio Room kept its heat well and was lovely, so was the shower. Amenities were very good. View of road and Rugby Park across the road so this place must be for people attending rugby matches.

The room was very pleasant and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and spa.

The only suggestion I have to make would be to remove the cigarette butts receptacles from beside the pool and the landing above as cigarette smoke from smokers affects the relaxing experience of the pool area.

That I missed out on using the pool and spa due to us finishing late at our venue. But we will book again later on in the year to enjoy the facilities.

Location was easy to find, parking was easy, and room was well-kept and clean. The caretakers are super friendly and helpful. Finally the kitchenette was well-appointed with dishes, mugs, glasses, etc. It made for easy breakfast and lunch options, and we probably could have fixed a simple dinner if we had wanted to.

Hot tub jets weren't working but the water was definitely hot and enjoyable!

I liked how spacious it was. Comfortable feeling and plenty of room. The staff were nice, good customer services. The pool was heated and the spa was hot. Location was good as short drive or walk to things around it like pak'n'save etc. Had options for different pillows if require (subject to availability), extra blankets if needed and robes supplied in the cupboard. Would definitely come back if in Hamilton.

Appeared to have what looked like blood on the netting curtains. Floor in bathroom looked dirty but may have just been the design of the flooring.

Very clean, modern accomodation. We had 3 rooms for group of 8 colleagues that worked well and were good value. Rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. And real milk! Convenient location for our meeting north of Hamilton. Plenty of parking and great communication around our booking. Right opposite the FMG stadium so handy if you were going to a game. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The only feedback would be the photos of the pool made it look large enough for a swim but it is really more a plunge/splash about size! But a nice bonus feature.

The location was spot on for us. Supermarket was around corner . 5mins away from town center. Had everything we needed. Room lovely and clean

Stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom family suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Big enough as we were only there in the evenings. Friendly Staff. Rooms were clean and serviced well daily. Kitchen had everything necessary. Sky TV. Bathrobes a plus. Aircon. Kids loved the Pool and Spa. Use of laundry was free. And the shower pressure..amazing! No issues at all for us. Thanks heaps guys!!

Surprisingly luxurious with a big spa bath and a relatively large room/bed. Good location if you're going to the stadium across the street. Staff were nice.

While it was not a problem for us, if there's a stadium event that you are not participating in it could be a problem. Location is relatively central, so easy to drive places, but much less fun to walk places.
