Alhamdulillah. and also, a bag as souvenir while check out. helping me to get a taxi to bus station. sunset dia on. tgok dr rooftop.level 6. overall nice stay one more thing. the scenery from my balcony is the bomb weyh. very pretty. facing the mountain :)

The location was fantastic, in the middle of Sapa town with a short walk to the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station was very close and so was the town square. The staff were very accommodating and lovely and the breakfast was great. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable which provided a nice stay.

The pictures on booking.com are a little outdated and the hotel in general is more run down than you expect. The Mountain View was slightly obstructed by power cords and other hotel balconies. The first room we stayed in which was smaller had no shower door and no power points on the bed side tables and the second bigger room only had a bath with no proper shower which leaked and flooded the bathroom.

Lovely big rooms. Breakfast had a great variety with beautiful views of the mountains (if the cloud lifted) Loved the 6th floor bar with spectacular views of mountains. We sat there for ages drinking tea and coffee. Great location, plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. Manager was very welcoming and friendly as was the staff. Highly recommended

Didn’t like being haggled by the ladies sitting on the hotel steps every time we walked in and out. Felt they were quite pushy to sell their stuff and services for walking tours, but we learnt to politely say no thank you and walk on

We loved the location the hotel is set in. The rooms we booked had beautiful view of the sapa mountains and sun plaza.. The rooftop view is also very beautiful and the setting is amazing to just sit and relax or wind down after a long day. The spa services are also very convenient, clean and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. The fruits and food served were also very fresh and delicious.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days and 1 night, So, we did take our breakfasts at the hotel on both mornings. It would have been better if the hotel had a change in the breakfast menu. On both mornings, they served the same exact menu.

Due to our travel plans, we only stayed for one night and felt that the hotel offered a nice base in the centre of Sa Pa from which to explore. We arrived very early in the morning and freshened up at the hotel before heading out to explore. The hotel stored our bags until check in time which was helpful. The room we selected was spacious with a separate seating area to the bedroom, a city view (although it was incredibly foggy during our stay) and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and was complimentary from the hotel. The roof terrace was large and on a nice day would be a great place to take in the views on offer. On check out we were pleasantly surprised to be provided with a nice gift from the hotel :)

Although our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was disappointing. There was no fixing from which to hang the shower head which made showering quite difficult and the bath felt as if it was not properly fixed to the floor. This meant that it would move around quite a bit when anyone used it. This could be a slight safety hazard.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was also well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities that made our experience even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and they happily arranged it for us, which was a great start to our trip. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa and massage services, which were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed them so much that we used them twice during our visit. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a free gift, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay in the future!

the staff are accommodating and warm, will definitely come back. I arrived late 10 PM fresh from airport and the Front Desk Staff are so accommodating, my room is ready and clean, they even gave me a complimentary breakfast for my whole stay. Also, even gave me a tote bag souvenir at the end of my stay. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the food stalls, shops, city lights, Hotel de la couple and Sapa Station. I also did the laundry services from them and it's cheap and fast I came there on the first week of April so it's quite foggy, local said clear skies usually comes on July on Summer Season

Great value for money. I would only return to this place again. And try to get the 01 room in any floor if you can for a breathtaking view. Beds are comfortable and I got the room from bookingDOTcom. Breakfast not included but front desk staff are very nice they gave us FOC breakfast. It’s not much if you pay but their thought that counts took me a long way. Floors are wood which is a great touch for a cold country. Hope to come on a winter to this place.

When cleaning the shower head don’t use the same brush which you washed the floor. I saw hair on the hanging shower head. Not the handheld one.

This is a must visit hotel if you are in Sapa. The location is very strategic, it’s located at the centre of Sapa town and it’s walking distance to most of the attractions, cafes or even to just stroll around. We arrived the hotel around 4.30am since we arrived via sleeper bus. There was 1 overnight shift staff on standby at the reception who immediate assisted us with the bags and etc. He even quickly made for us hot tea. The standard check-in time is 2pm, however they managed to give us early check-in around 10.30am for complimentary. 1 of the reception staff (I believe he must be 1 of the manager), even offered me and my friend for complimentary breakfast for our 2 nights stay out of good gesture for us to try. Their kindness is one of the key factors and image for the hotel. 😊 The room was very clean and comfortable with breath-taking view, I booked for Executive Twin balcony room with Mountain view. They also have a rooftop bar at 6th floor. Decent choices for the buffet breakfast with some local dishes. They also had egg station. In summary, everything was good. The location is perfect. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance and so close to Sapa station. Everyone working in the hotel is super helpful and friendly. Before arriving in Sapa, we had asked a few questions and they replied with satisfying answers. The day when we arrived early in the morning, they kept our luggage so that we could go to Fansipan right away. They even provided us free breakfast for the next morning, and we were delighted with all the food. The room is nice and clean and the bed is really comfortable. The rooftop area is cozy and wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Sapa.
