It was perfect for my visit, best central location right at the main pedestrian road yet at a side street so it's quiet and peaceful. The host Mary is most welcoming and helpful and always there at service. I definitely recommend and will stay with Mary again at the next visit. Many thanks for everything, Mary!

The apartment is very spacious and a large family or 2 couples have more than enough space. The location of the flat is wonderfully close to the main attraction points and surrounded by cute, small coffee-brunch places. The visitor must keep in mind that this apartment is located in an old, historical building and some smell might come from the pipes in the bathroom, but if you travel on a budget, I really don’t see the point of complaining about a small nuisance (it’s not even up to the owner to rectify the problem). The interior yard gives a romantic and mysterious aspect to the whole building and the nights are covered in honeysuckle perfumed breeze. The owner is a polite, knowledgeable gentleman and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. This is not a business or money-making flat and since my intention was to be close to the Piata Sfatului, I ain’t gonna find little things to complain about.

Freaking awesome!!! An old apartment and sometimes spooky(because it is so big and I am alone), but man... It was just great. And don't let the age fool you, the facilities are modern, especially the bathroom. Petru is an awesome guy who gave me a Brasov history lesson. One reason I booked him is because of the reviews from others, mostly good, a few bad... So I was curious. But yeah, he is a very good gentleman! The area is in a very good area. It is in the beautiful old town!!! And a few minutes away from the station! BOOK NOW GUYS!

Location was ideal in the old city! Beautiful old (1860) building with unique and rustic comforts. Host Peter was friendly and welcoming and offered a terrific history of the building and area. Size of apartment was amazing.

Be advised that there is no AC, but the space remained cool and comfortable. Also, there is some street noise into the late evening, but not disruptive as this is a pedestrian only street. Finally, note that payment is expected in cash at time of stay; you do not pay on Booking.com.

Location of the accomodation was perfect, 4 minutes to walk to piata sfatului. the appartment is huge and perfect for a family with younger children (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Mr. Petru was very friendly, his son gave us useful advices for our stay and helped us whereever he could. The town is is beautiful, right between the southern and the eastern Carpathians, and recommendable even for a longer stay.

Spacious - having 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms gave space and privacy for 3 travelers. Great location

A little difficult communicating with the host. Had to call him in the end to get in but it all worked out and it just added to the charm of this beautiful city

Staying at Aki Apartment was a unique experience in the center of Brasov. We were warmly welcomed by our host when we arrived a bit earlier than expected - no problem. Really our whole experience was hassle free. The studio is large, with a kitchen and good sized bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the room stayed temperate, even though we visited on some of the hottest days of the year. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed by the owner, a very pleasant and interesting person. Everything was explained, shown, provided useful information. Very beautiful building where the apartments are located. We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, it had everything we needed. Loved the location - in the old town and close to buses to go around the city. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you! We liked everything, The location is in the historical center of the city. A lot of shops and restaurants everywhere around. A very quiet place with a beautiful and cool interior garden. Petru, is a very friendly and welcoming host. Very spacious apartment interior. We strongly recommend this place and will gladly stay here again.

The place is absolutely perfect.

Right in the center of Brasov, room size, it is a studio with a large room, kitchen, bathroom so everything you need. We kind of adjust our days travelling to Brasov depending on the availability at Aki.
