Location - Walking distance to FIRA/ bus stop so that you can go to other towns. Cleanliness - hotel was very clean - daily cleaners mopped the rooms and you always came back to an extremely clean room. Staff - Marina (Hotel Desk) and Kostas (Restaurant Manager) were amazing and extremely accommodating. Everything they did was to make sure we had the best experience and they were just all round very friendly! Food - Breakfast had vegan options (had to request beforehand) which we loved. Lunch was a fairly standard bar menu. Dinner was an amazing dining experience and better than the local FIRA restaurants. Head chef is a real professional!

Location - at the bottom of a hill so walking up when you need to go into town. Cleanliness - shower had no divide from main bathroom so, bathroom gets quite wet. Staff - some of the older staff on the hotel desk were a bit rude/brash. Food - a lot of flies in the eating areas, no attempts to even get rid of them.

The welcoming was very warm, they explained us everything about the island and what we could do during our stay. The hôtel was very nice with 3 pools. One which was kids friendly. The sunbeds were very nice and comfortable. Service at the pool was great, I recommand the Slushy virgin drink. The breakfast was good with an egg live station. Location was amazing, very close to Fira center by walk. This is my second time in Santorini and the location was on point. Hotel was also providing a transfer service that we contacted by WhatsApp for pick up, very easy and convenient. (But quite expensive) The terrace was great, huge with 2 sunbeds with view on the pool. They also kept our luggage’s after checking out which was very convenient. One bottle of Greek wine per room was complimentary.

I was a bit disappointed by the room, I was travelling with a couple of friends and they got a way better room even if we booked same price/room. Cleaning service forgot to put the products back, hand towel, beach towel and water in the fridge, it was a bit annoying, I am not used to it when travelling in 5 stars hotel. Also we asked for late checkout but it was not possible. The lady at the entrance requested us to leave at 11:00 sharp. They also offered taxi from airport to hotel, 50€ for 8 min drive, that seemed a bit unreasonable. We found cheaper on site. Overall experience was great, only a few minor adjustments and it will be even better ;)

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Santorini and would absolutely return if I visit the island again. The facilities, location, views and breakfast were all exceptional. The room was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to Santorini, and we wish we had discovered this hotel the first time around. The pool area was really nice, offering a perfect spot to relax, and the food from the hotel restaurant was amazing. It was truly worth the money for such a great experience. My only suggestion would be to have the pool heated, especially for those visiting in early May when the weather can still be a bit cool. The hotel's location is ideal—close enough to the main areas of Fira to be convenient, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. This balance made for a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a memorable Santorini vacation.

Staff at the bar are the best. Mrs. Lia, the bar attendant, has overwhelmed us with warmth, excellent recommendations and exceptional drinks. Our cleaning lady has graciously accommodated our schedule and has taken very good care of our room and ourselves and whishing us a very good day with a smile every time. The reception has facilitated everything we needed, from early checking to early departure. Truly professional!

There are too few sunbeds with umbrella at the lowest pool. But it didn't bother us to spend the midday in our room as it was close to the pool.

The property is very beautiful and new. the hotel just opened in 2022, so very clean and modern. The pools are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there and felt very comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk to the capital, so that is very convenient and a 5 minute walk to the bus station.

When we got to our hotel we were greeted with kind reception staff that upgraded our room to a volcano view, we were also given a map with lots of things for us to explore whilst in Santorini. Our room was absolutely beautiful and house keeping did an incredible job at keeping it this way throughout our trip, everyday we were given fresh water, toiletries and bedding. We were also given a bottle of wine and fruit on our first night. The waiting and bar staff were beyond incredible and are truly a credit to the hotel. They were all so kind, helpful and dutiful. They have great recommendations and were very attentive, positive and happy to help. The food and drinks were exceptional. We had both lunch and breakfast. The lunch was delicious as well as the ice cream. Breakfast offered a full buffet everyday with different selections of fresh veggies, fruit and cakes as well as pancakes every day and an omelette station and endless hot drinks and juice. The cocktails that we enjoyed poolside were also incredible. The pool was a dream and every need was fully taken care of by the staff. The rooms also had fresh towels every day for both pool and bathroom needs as well as hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. I truly feel this hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited, it is beautiful, spacious, safe and has the most incredible staff.

The resort is within walking distance of Fira Center. We arrived early in the day and they kept our luggage secure in a locked storage room. The resort is beautiful with 3 pools, a wellness center. We had a family suite which was large for a group of three. Breakfast was served every morning with a large selection of hot and cold items. The bar is open in the evening until approx. 10 :30 p.m. On the day that we left for Athens, we could not get breakfast so they prepared a breakfast box for us to take.

There was really nothing that could have been improved. All was wonderful, and all individuals that worked there were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and upon arrival we received a free upgrade to a pool-side suite with a small patio. The room included large water bottles, robes, coffee, tea, and fruit. The pool was nice and it was free to use the loungers. The room had ample space to store all of our belongings in an organized manner. The bathroom had separate rooms for the toilet and shower, which is always a nice touch. All of the facilities were very clean and look brand new! The breakfast (included) was great, they had a lot of options that went well beyond most other hotel breakfasts. I was most impressed by the staff at the hotel who were all very eager to answer any questions we had and ensured that we made the most of our time in Santorini!

The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was always helpful (special thanks to Mario). It’s a short walk from Fira (away from the crowds but close enough to walk to) parking is free and it’s right across from the street. We enjoyed the pools. Breakfast was good but it can get crowded. the lunch menu was good and well-priced for a hotel.

Breakfast could get crowded and we had to wait for Silverware and plates during the rush.

To start off the pool area was fantastic, the breakfast was very tasty and had a really nice seating area. The staff were incredible, there for your every need and always attentive. The rooms were very clean, the showers were big, and the closet had a lot of space. Everything was amazing and we left super happy and sad to leave. Thank you for hosting us Orama and giving us a trip we will never forget !
