Great location, great views. Common areas very nice and clean. Reception staff very helpful and replaced the leaking Nespresso machine and provided additional coat hangers (there were only 6 hangers - rather few for 4 people staying 2 weeks). Gym excellent, pool lovely. Allocated parking provided. Very secure overall. Central to shops and restaurants and very short walk to the beach. Easy access to buses and tram. Kitchen was decent but not provided with many utensils. Probably most people eat out and don't do much dishwashing? Excellent having a washing machine and tumble drier.

Much earlier communication for out of hours (meaning after 4:30pm) check-in procedure would have been helpful. E-mail instruction was only received hours before arrival time and required the use of an Australian phone number to upload on a secure site my passport and credit card details to obtain a keycard within a number coded lock so we could access the apartment. Foreigners without an Australian phone number would have found it an even lengthier process. All these details could have been provided to us days before and we could have uploaded the required information via a laptop before arriving. Could have been cleaner, especially dusting of the lamps, dusting behind the TV which was on a hinged bracket, and upholstery and carpets which had quite a lot of stains.

The location was excellent in Broadbeach.. crossed the road and you were heading to supermarket and food district. Half a block from the beach. The receptionist who checked us in and who we mainly dealt with was lovely and very accommodating. Room sizes were good..(second bedroom with 2 single beds was smaller but fine.) Comfy couch and nice size dining table. Each bedroom had a tv and kitchen pretty well stock with cooking utensils.

Extra charges- we asked for additional towels and it was a cost, also charges for extra toilet paper which we believed should be supplied. Had a washing machine so just washed the towels.

Lovely apartment, very clean & comfortable. great location, directly across the road from center of broadbeach restaurants, cafes & beach

Kitchen was very sparse on utensils, no vegetable peeler, a few more little tupperware containers & a platter or wooden boards & small dishes for charcuterie/afternoon cheese & biccies for happy hour. We ate out every meal, but when you’re on holidays it’s nice to have happy hour snacks & would be good to have something to serve them on. Luckily Woolworths was across the road so I bought some serving platters & small dishes from them.

The location and free parking are great selling points for the property. The apartment was very spacious, light filled, clean and modern.

Some small things we noticed (not deal breakers): - Not serviced and you are expected to take the rubbish out etc. at the end of your booking (we weren’t aware at the time of booking, plus a $100 charge if you don’t comply) - Blinds don’t stop light from coming through in the morning - No tissue box (lol) - Parking could be tight for cars larger than a hatchback - Pool was quite small in comparison to the other pools at different accomodations and was always busy (we didn’t use it for this reason during our stay)

The property met our expectations. We booked 2 x 2bedroom apartments on the same floor for 7 adults and 1 child (9yrs). Excellent cooking facilities, but no need when there are several eating places close by. Having our own laundry was a plus too. The location is awesome. Close to the beach, the train, with a bus stop right outside and Pacific Fair within walking distance. Several lovely restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. Very safe area even at night. Swimming pool is heated. There is a gym and lounge area with a pool table. All Staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!!

hotel is walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Fully furnished including cutlery and pots and pans, allowing one to do simple cooking. bed is comfortable as well. Booked a 2 bedroom with 2 baths, unit is spacious.

No receptionist after 5p.m. So if you are arriving after 5p.m, you can only check-in the next day. I receive text message only a day before that if I arrive after 5p.m, I can only checked in the next day. Fortunately i arrived before 5p.m, otherwise will have to look for hotel last min!

Great location to beach as well as easy access to shopping facilities. The apartment had ample kitchen ware for cooking meals for the 4 of us. Checking in after hours was a bit tedious as had to call a phone number and after various exchanges of photos of id and payment methods I still had to give cc details verbally over the phone. They then opened the door in which I had to get key from lock box which was easily found. Parking was easy and complex was happy to give us an extra spot as it was available.

The view and location were great. Close to the beach and restaurants. All within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean with the basics provided.

Nothing really. The blind in the main bedroom detached itself from the roller (it had obviously been repaired earlier with tape, it was late at night so we had to grab some chairs and reattach it ourselves. Probably needs to be replaced. It would be great to have had the option of a few softer pillows to sleep on. There were plenty of pillows, but they were all thick.

Amazing location right across from the beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Parking was free, although we didn't need to use the car as everything was so accessible. The apartment had a lovely view of the beach, it was spacious and clean, it had great facilities including a washing machine dryer, pool, gym and recreation area. We booked a few weeks earlier and got a great price too. Can't really ask for more to be honest.

The bed was very soft and bouncy which created some partner disturbance, but we could overlook this as we have definitely slept on worse beds in other hotels. It was hard to find something to complain about.

Great apartment, modern and clean. We were met by friendly staff who explained everything well. Great location, an easy walk to the beach and also to many eateries, a supermarket was also close by. KoKo was easy to find after driving from Brisbane along with an allocated secure parking space per room. If you want a trip to Surfers the tram was a short walk away and also a bargain at 50cents per trip. Overall, we loved it and would come back again without hesitation.
