Shower little awkward but not a deal breaker

Only one bag of Tea that we liked , not two which you would expect for a double room The teas were not topped up during our 3 night stay, nor did we get any more milk once we had used the two packets initially provided. No water for kettle provided but this was given to me on request. Although the hotel was modern , there was mould around the bath/in the grouting of the bath. This would be easy to remove /clean/replace but wasn’t. The hand shower wall attachment was loose.

Very convenient to have a hotel right opposite the main train station in Pisa (which goes to lots of fabulous locations, so it forms a fabulous base for that). Reception staff very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable - spacious, light and bright - and bathroom had a bath. Very good breakfast - wide selection. Would defintely recommend.

Be aware that the hotel is near the train station (very convenient) and not the main sites. However, it's a lovely (20mins or so) stroll to the sites - so no bother at all.

The reception team are especially welcoming and friendly and speak English well. Francesco made suggestions of where we could visit and another colleague advised on places to eat in the evening. Even when very busy with guests, the team are very polite and helpful. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.. The location is so close to the Central station (2 mins walking with luggage) and you can still walk to the main tourist sights (20-30 minutes)

Essentially no complaints at all. I like a hot drink but I understand European hotels do not offer the use of a kettle. However there are numerous cafes nearby for hot drinks. There is a well stocked mini bar in the room for cold drinks.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Reception area has a 4 star feel. The hotel is literally a stones throw from Stazione Pisa Centrale. The beds were really comfy however we preferred the facilities in the second room we stayed in. Everything of interest is easily walkable from the hotel. The mini bar in the room is reasonably priced (compared to other 4* hotels).

We actually stayed here twice as we were exploring the Italian coast using Pisa as a base. We got the impression that the hotel is being refurbished as our 5th floor room on the first night was very out-dated, only had 2 power points in the entire room and a very old bathroom so I questioned whether the stay was value for money. However the second time we stayed later in the week, we were on the 2nd floor and this room (same price) was outstanding - all new facilities and bathroom, and it had clearly been refurbed and reflected the rate we paid. We thought that breakfast was very expensive (18 euros each) which put us off booking it. We had breakfast in the Station Cafe opposite.

This is an excellent hotel. It’s located just metres from the main train station which was an absolute bonus for me as I was travelling solo and I arrived in Pisa after midnight. I stayed here twice, on my first night in Tuscany and also on my final night. One room was quite small but very modern, the second, huge, slightly more dated but with views over the main square outside the station. I loved it here. Breakfast was incredible. I left my mobile phone charger on my first visit and they kept it for me and delivered it to me safely on my return. The late checkout at 12 was so very useful and the envy of my fellow travellers who were in other accommodation.

We stayed in Superior room and it was perfect to us. Nice room, comfy bed, spacy and clean bathroom. Make sure you do not miss breakfasts as they are really really nice. But in case you do not need much in the morning there is a bistro just next corner. The place opposite the Station is a bit busy, but it is so handy to be so close if you plan like us to go to Firenze or sea side. There were doubled glass balcony doors, so it was completely quiet during nights. But we kept them closed of course. All the hotel staff we met were really professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

There was s bit too hot during nights and we have not manage to change it by air conditioning control. I still do not get why mini bar drink prices are so high. So we better went out for a drink.

The location was very close to the train station which was very nice. I have been to Pisa before and knew the area pretty well and will say looking at everything we were in a really good location. The room was fantastic and nice with everything you need and was very comfy and cozy.

There might not be nothing that we didn't like while staying. Everything was pretty much perfect for our needs especially with a later checkout time which was fantastic especially since being tired from the night.

Location excellent for the station, and booked to make life easier when leaving early in the morning. Hotel is clean with decent sized rooms. Has the usual feel of a chain hotel with little personality and lots of functionality. Sound proofing is good.

As always in chain hotels, everything done for economy. One type of teabag for two people in a room sort of thing. But it's what you expect. Check in desk was grimy, and staff looked bored to tears.

The location of this hotel was great! It was directly outside the central train station and right in front of the bus station / stops too! The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. They all spoke great English and had no problem in helping with any questions I had or phoning taxis for me. My phone charger broke whilst there and the reception staff gave me one to use for free for the rest of my stay! The room was big and spacious and we loved the big bath in our bathroom!

My only problems during the stay were that the room was SO hot at night! I could not figure out the air con system, but I am sure if I had of asked reception they may of helped with it. Although the location of the hotel was great and easy to get to from the central station for trains or buses, this did make it very noisy at night. Lastly, our toilet flush broke on the last night which meant the toilet was constantly on flush and disturbed us through the night.
